I will change my review. Due to technical reasons, the package arrived after 12 days. The company contacted me about this and apologized. The experience is not 100% positive, but it is nice that the company is trying and communicating to improve the quality of future transactions.

Update to my earlier reply — we now have a clearer picture and I owe you a correction.
Our first response said the charge was a routing issue with a former processor. That was wrong, and I'm sorry for the confusion. After you forwarded the receipts, we spotted something we had missed: the footer on your order confirmation said "www.cetapeptides.com / contact@cetapeptides.com" — note the missing letter "R". That is NOT our website. It is a fraudulent lookalike domain registered on 19 March 2026, impersonating our brand. We have filed abuse reports with their registrar (Namecheap), their backend host (Supabase), and Cloudflare to get it taken down.
You were scammed by cetapeptides.com (no R). You were not scammed by CertaPeptides (with the R). Your money did not reach us and there is no order under capar92@web.de in our system because the order was never placed on our site in the first place.
What we've already done to help you recover the EUR 134.99:
On 11 April we emailed you a signed letter on CERTALAB SRL letterhead, specifically written to help your bank approve a chargeback. The reason code to use is "services not received" (Visa 13.1) or "fraudulent transaction" (Visa 10.4). Our letter explicitly states CERTALAB SRL will not contest the dispute. Please hand that letter to your bank — it is designed to make their decision easy. If you need another copy or want us to email your bank directly in any language, just reply to our email thread at support@certapeptides.com.
For anyone else reading this: our real website is certapeptides.com (with the letter R). We are CERTALAB SRL, Romanian trade register J32/601/2024, CUI RO54451735, Sibiu. If you see a charge from "CERTAPEPTIDES" and did not order from certapeptides.com with the R, please contact us at support@certapeptides.com and we will help you file a chargeback against the lookalike.

Slight delay but well compensated , overall good experience .
No update from the seller after 2 weeks from purchase . wrote an email for the tech support yet still no communication ,
I’ll update the review in 2 weeks again .
Update 14.4. - received a package with lab results printed as well . In the meantime had a couple of emails with customer support and I can’t say one bad word . Really kind and helpful person behind those emails , also received a huge discount for next order because of the delay . Would order from this website again 🧬
