Your company doesn't even deserve a one star! I had a very bad experience, ordered a dress they gave me the wrong size.. They have approved for returning it, but without any permission or notice they cancelled it!!!!! Time for you people to shut it down!!!

It is a fraud, the product that was sent to me was not at all like the picture and videos of it that are circulating on FB. I bought it because it was advertised as being stretchy throughout, whereas what was sent out was stiff material with only the elastic band at the back of the waist. Also their clothes are not true to size. I asked for a refund which they flatly refused to, I then proceeded to ask for an exchange they raised a request but it has been several days now, that the product has not been picked up. When or should I even expect a replacement from this company. Also their whatsapp team that we need to contact for such purposes, has not been responding to my inquiries from days. While their email team has asked me to please wait for the product to be picked up. What kind of a shady company is this, it is truly obnoxious. Pls do not and I repeat pls do not order from them..

Please don’t buy anything from this website. The quality of their products is extremely poor, and they don’t even offer returns. I had a very bad experience with them.

I received a product today that was dirty, of very low quality, and completely different from what was shown in the pictures. I’m not even sure whether they’ll accept the return or refund my money.

Please be careful and spread the word so others don’t have the same experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this website.

Pathetic poor customer service. No response on the customer service

I ordered XL from Ceryn but received M. I raised a return on April 20, yet the package hasn’t been picked up even after 9 days. No proper response, no shipping details for replacement, and they’re now not replying at all. Refund is denied citing “policy.” Poor quality and very unprofessional service.

Absolutely pathetic experience with Ceryn. I received a completely different color than what was shown on the website, which already shows how careless and misleading they are.

What’s worse is that they don’t even have a proper refund policy—only exchange. Fine. But even that basic responsibility they are failing at. The pickup for exchange has been delayed for weeks with no proper response, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue.

So basically, they send you the wrong product, keep your ₹1299, and then don’t even bother fixing their mistake. Customer service is completely useless and unresponsive.

This feels like a total scam. Avoid Ceryn at all costs unless you’re okay wasting your money and time.

Please do not order anything from this website, the stitch is worst, and the quality is bad, i cannot put in my head also very very bad quality and expensive waste of money go to hell all

Hi all, this is a genuine review from my side. I recently purchased a clothing item from this website, and my experience has been quite disappointing. Initially, they sent me the wrong size. After a lot of follow-ups and coordination, they finally exchanged it for the correct size, but the quality turned out to be below average, especially considering it cost around ₹2000. Even the replacement product was of very poor quality and did not match what was shown on the website at all. This is now the third time I’ve had to request an exchange, and I’m still waiting for my order. Their customer service is also not reliable—they don’t offer call support and only respond on WhatsApp, that too with very minimal communication. Overall, the product feels misleading and not worth the price. I would honestly suggest being cautious before purchasing from this site. There are much more reliable platforms available where returns and exchanges are handled smoothly.

Absolute Fraud service. You order one size, they deliver other size. You write to them within 7 days, they respond after 7 days exchange period is over and then say exchange not possible as it is beyond 7 days. They make these mix-ups deliberately and then push their inventory whatever they have on the customer. Product quality is also bad and nothing as shown in the videos. Pathetic experience with Ceryn.
I ordered 3 tops and received them on the 6th evening. Due to travel, I raised an exchange request on the 15th morning — and they outright rejected it just because it crossed their rigid 7-day window by a small margin.
What’s worse? The items are completely unused, with tags and packaging intact, and I even offered to accept deductions or store credit. Still, they refused. No flexibility, no understanding — just copy-paste policy replies.
This clearly shows how little they care about customers once the payment is done.
A brand that cannot accommodate even a genuine exchange request (not even asking for a refund!) is simply not worth trusting.
Think twice before buying — because if something doesn’t fit, you’re stuck with it. Absolutely zero customer support.

I bought 3 co ord set of my choice colours and size...they sent me 2 same horrible dark grey sets and 1 cream colour set..all 3 are are not my size..the quality is fake and very cheap..you can't even dare to wear at home..I want my refund of Rs.2498 immediately ...no option to give 0 star or less...otherwise I would give 0 to -5 star

This website appears to be a fake site. Your personal data may be leaked if you use it. I strongly recommend not ordering anything from this site. I received a suspicious/fake call, and I never received my order. My money has also not been refunded, and the support team is not responding or providing any help.

Please be careful and avoid making any payments on this website to prevent losing your money or personal information.

It's been 10-12 days i have ordered cod set frm ceryn clothing brand,
First they gave me wrong order with wrong size ,then I reach out to to their customer what's app number.
They dnt want to accept their mistake and they force to buy another one,which I did paying little more this time, thinking I will get something nice with good fabric n all.
But I got stained one and fabric was so bad and not upto the quality.
Their service is too bad ,dnt waste your time n money on ceryn.
