I have ordered 2 months ago - and paid 100 euro when ordered. I have still not received the tea!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered two 25 grams of blue lotus tea. I received only one. When i notified the company, they said they had sent me a 50 gram packet which they hadn't. They then said that i could have the other packet when i next ordered with them!! Unbelieveable!! I will never order with them again.
Horrible Horrible experience i made an order a few months ago firstly i saw on the tracking app that it kept moving random countries even tho it was supposted to come to Romania last time it was in Turkey i wrote to them and the first time they responded saying i have to wait longer long story short the order is nowhere to be found and they stopped responding to my many mails , so no refound ofc , i dont recommend it at all worst experience i ever had ordering something online
I personally wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. I’m the first time I ordered from there it took about a month to receive my items. Due to scarcity, I had to buy from them again. This time, it’s been over a month; I ordered in early February and I have yet to receive my order. And customer service has been avoiding me as well. Shady “business” to say the least.
I made an order for blue lotus leaf, my order arrived in denmark 10 days later. I found the product to be excellent quality, great condition and perfectly packaged. I will DEFINATLEY be placing more orders with them. Fantastic.
I am writing to warn others after a profoundly disappointing experience. I made a significant financial investment in a large order from this company. The items failed to arrive. Over a prolonged period, I attempted to resolve the issue by sending five separate emails and several WhatsApp messages. There has been no response whatsoever—no acknowledgement, no apology, and no resolution.
This demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. A trustworthy business communicates, especially when problems arise. This one ignores you after taking your money. I strongly advise against placing any order with them.
Order worth $70+.
Tracking info says package arrived in nearby city 2 months ago. It took about 1 months for it to arrive, 2 weeks to "ship."
Shop has not responded to my 3 complaints.
Terrible companies.
No you have a company called Ceylon Organics that sell on your platform. They are scammers. You never recieve the items after paying for them. You have plenty of comments that state people never recieve their items across multiple pkatforms like etsy and shop. It is Etsy and Shop's responsibility to remove fraudulent companies from their platform or you are just as liable as the seller especially after being notified by buyers. If this company is not removed you can become part of a class action lawsuit against them for knowingly supporting fraud! Please remove Ceylon Organics from selling in all platforms. Thank you.

It took a while but I received my order, packed properly and good quality herbs.

Waiting for my order to arrive, however they do not have a functioning customer service! A simple request of receiving your invoice is impossible for them to grasp. Every message you receive is automated ….. very annoying and unprofessional. I was looking for a wholesale supplier so this is my test order…. I will continue to look for another supplier as this has only caused stress and irritation. I have not received the products yet so this review is only for the non existent customer service and the fact that you can not download or get your invoice (not even on several polite requests)
