Shambolic company that's all I need to say

Ordered a wooden cake base on Sunday it arrived Tuesday to Scotland...exceptional service..kept well informed on it's delivery....first class....

Disgusting company!!! I ordererd baby pink bows on the Thursday, at 8am, paid next day delivery around £7. I needed these for a job for my business on the Sunday. I got an email later on on the Friday saying they weren’t
Coming til the Monday! I have emailed twice now explaining and they habe completely ignored me!!! I had to refund my customer the job money and also ended up receiving the bows on the Monday after the job. I’m out of pocket big time and they can’t even be bothered to email back, awful company would stay away and i will never use them again.

The worst after care we have ever experienced. We ordered two covers and they arrived as totally different shades. They then developed Deaf Ear. They have perfected the art of No Refund - go away. Customer Care has become awful in the UK. I recently won against a large retailer in the furniture industry through the small claims court. This will go the same route on principle.
My advice. Think before you entertain buying here.

Absolutely Dire Customer Service
You can not get a response, they are unable to provide a returns policy unless you email them, which they then ignore. The item is SHOCKING quality, order a fully festive garland, received a thin piece of green tinsel on a wire. AVOID

Absolutely do not order from this company, if you need to return an item they make it impossible to do so.

I ordered a product and wanted to return it from the day I received it only to be ignored, told to take it to B&Q and they will sort it, went to B&Q and they new nothing about it, you can't speak to anyone, they can't receive Pictures (Screen shots on email apparently), take ages to respond, send you links to collections company's that don't work, honestly is an absolute joke, I've never known anything like it.

Do not waste your time or money with this company.

THE ITEM ARRIVED BUT A PACKET OF THE SASHES WERE STAINED, HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY BUT NO REPLY FROM THEM, SO A BIT DISSAPOINTED
