Impossible to Return Chairs
My parents ordered bar stools through my email but the stool was too high. Issue is not with the chair but how difficult it is to get hold of customer service.
Two emails were sent to send return instructions. I have not heard back from Chairus.

Ordered a chair and received it promptly - within 3 days or so. During assembly, noticed one of the screw inserts was off center, which didn't allow for proper screw insertion. Contacted Support via email and provided pictures of the issue. Received response the same day to advise another chair was being sent to me at no charge. Received the replacement chair within 2 days. It's assembled and looks great!!!!!
