This was my first time ordering and definitely a last!!!
Makes me wonder if their crystals are even real at this point.
I should’ve have stuck with my original vendor but definitely a lesson learned.
I took the risk after reading some positive reviews but I’m assuming those are possible fake responses .

The tigers eye gem really is beautiful
The yoni egg was found after searching and having many different options. I wanted to move down on size, and that is recommended once I have been using the bigger size for quite some time. I like how it fits and the properties of tigers eye have been a really big spiritual influence.

Fails to resolve delivery issues
By the time the order arrived I had moved, I tried to correspond with the company to locate my package and they were good at communicating at first but stopped responding mid-process before the issue was resolved. It has been 7 months since my order and I have followed up periodically but still no resolution.

Worse, what was sent to me was not even a third of the cost of what I ordered.

Shipping took too long...
I ordered some eggs June.21 and it was only shipped out July.7, that's 12 business days later, it's suppose to take 3-5 business days to ship it.
I finally received the package Aug.2, that's 42 days it took to get to Alberta, Canada.
From the time of shipping to delivery it was 2-4 weeks as indicated. The postal service did their job but the shipper was late in shipping it out.
As for the eggs themselves they are fine.
It's tiring and disappointing waiting that long.

Your original order which was lost in transit with valid tracking and your replacement order which was sent back that as of today we still haven't received. Hello Kesha, We apologize for any inconvenience to you. I have looked up your order information and according to tracking you received your order on June 15th. Well within our processing and shipping time frame. We state 5 to 10 business days for processing your order was placed May 30 and shipped on June 10th scanned at USPS on June 12th. Unfortunately we can not control USPS and how fast they get packages out. We do hope you enjoy your products and crystal journey. Please note bad reviews hurt businesses and although we are transparent we also ask that reviews are based on our customer service, your products and of course receiving your products..Thank you for your time and review.

I received the jasper stones & they are beautiful & filled with vibrant energy. However my real disappointment was when I read in the flyer not to use the eggs if you have a prolapsed bladder 😟OMG! I informed the company that I do have that condition - that was why I purchased the eggs in the first place. Go figure! So now I have the eggs and am advised not to use them 🤪 Needless to say, I am a little frustrated with the overall experience. 😊

Disappointed :(
I purchased 2 separate yoni egg packages that were a set of 3. As I got a set for myself and bestie to try. And only received one egg. Not even two. SMH. Was super disappointed. Haven’t even used it.
Edit: I only received one egg. Not two as you stated. That’s how I knew there was an issue with the order. When writing my review it pictured the item I purchased, further proving that I did in fact purchase the 3 different sized eggs. And yet still only received one egg. Not two. I don’t want nor need a discount. I just wanted what I ordered. Not what you think I ordered or received. I have no need to lie. I was excited about my purchase and was looking forward to using them. I understand things happen, but I wish my order would’ve been correct. Or at least corrected. Thank you for your time and attention to the matter.

Hello, I am sorry to see you have rated our company a 1 star, however I would like to clarify a couple issues with this review. Mrs. Millers order was placed on March 10th, 2022. As stated on our website, we currently have a 5 to 10 business day processing time. It also states to please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on international orders.
