I Ordered a bottle and two extra crystals on July 15th 2020 and I still haven't heard anything. I've sent 3-4 emails (once a month) and 2 facebook messages, one which was seen but not replied to and I'm getting really impatient.
Friends who have ordered from here have received them after a long wait, but this is just ridiculous... After reading reviews here I decided to also share my experience. I've already been scammed once for these bottles...
It says nowhere on their site that orders would take this long, just minor delays...
I think it's time to have a chat with PayPal about a refund since they are none responsive...

I don’t recommend this bottle. This bottle looks cheap and poor-quality. Furthermore they sent me the wrong stone and didn’t resolve it. For me it was waste of money.

i got my order after 7 weeks. contact them after 6 weeks to ask about the track and trace, but i did not got a response ( facebook, instagram and mail) so i was surprised that although it did came.

- the bottles are well packed
- very nicely packaged too
- the bottles are of good quality
- the crystals are beautiful

- only bad thing is communication....

It’s been officially 2 months since I placed my order and haven’t received my bottle yet and I’m guessing I never will.. Tried to contact them via Facebook, Instagram and lots of e mails and not a single answer from those guys.

It would get less than a 1 star with me if it were an option. I actually did receive my merch however, it was false advertisement. They sent me the bottle, a cheap looking bottle with no art decal on it like I wanted. You are better off ordering a higher end more expensive brand like Soju instead of with them to get what you truly pay for. After several times trying to email the customer service person, Maria, she never responded to my emails when I finally wanted to return the item because it is not what I wanted nor ordered. She tried saying that they changed out bottles for better quality without ever notifying the customer???!!! So I tried tracking someone down on Instagram and no avail. I ended up getting blocked on Instagram just because they didn't want to deal with an unhappy customer.

They never shipped out my product or responded to my emails. I would highly advise not to purchase from this seller.

I ordered 2 water bottles with the two crystals the first week of December 2019 and received my order on December 23, 2019 just in time for Christmas. When I opened my package there was only ONE water bottle and two crystals. I notified Chalazias the same day to let them know I was shorted one water bottle. I did not get an answer so I kept emailing. I emailed support and no one replied. Finally I thought I’d try emailing the “questions for NEW orders”. I was finally answered by the “new order questions” staff after repeatedly emailing support. My response said I would receive my bottle and was signed Emma. After this email I have not heard a thing. I contacted my lawyer and he said I would need a PHYSICAL ADDRESS for him to pursue the complaint. I looked all through the website. No physical address no phone number. So I finally gave up on them. Chalazias recently posted that they had to temporarily close their business because of Coronavirus. Now that’s KARMA!

FRAUD. Definitely contacting my bank in the next business day & officially going to file a fraud report. This is absolutely ridiculous. They don’t respond to emails, deliver orders or refund my money. It’s been MONTHS since I placed my order & no items , no refund , no reply from them. I tried cancelling twice already & I have not received any feed back or my money.

Never shipped my bottle, ignores emails and messages via Instagram even though they post daily, and they delete any comments under their Instagram posts you make expressing your concern about an item's shipment or arrival just to make themselves look good. They NEVER got back to me with my questions, had my sister ask them and they gladly answered her, but lied about sending a shipment confirmation email. Crap

Don't purchase this. Charged my card in December. Got a confirmation email with tracking number. No shipping email a month later. I emailed multiple times asking for an expected shipping date and twice more asking for a refund. No response to any of them. This is a scam. Save your money.

Well... it was an adventure. After complaining and receiving a tracking number that wasn’t working for weeks, I gave up. Today the miracle, I received the package, 6 weeks later! I can’t believe it!

Same here. I purchased 4 bottles as gifts over a month ago. When I harassed them I FINALLY got a email of shipment this morning. But that's not what I want. I wanted a refund and I told them COUNTLESS times. They have blocked me and my husband at this point. So I have made a police report and a bank despute.
No way in Hell they are getting my money. I don't want their stinking product anymore. I want my money back. I advise everyone do the same. Do let this company take your money until you harass them to the point where they HAVE to ship your order. I hope this company crashes and burns.

Ok friends, I’m a little nervous about this. I made a purchase on Dec 18th 2019 and it’s now Jan 13th 2020 and I still have not received my purchase. I tried contacting them and got no response along with leaving a comment on FB that ended up disappearing. I eventually did contact my PayPal to hopefully get my money back but after that was sent I got an email that my package has now been shipped from China! I’m hoping to get my order and it being authentic! I did end up finding similar bottles on amazon for cheaper! So that’s my backup plan if they don’t come! Keeping my hopes up!

Final review and update: Bottle received 1-23-20

Bottle quality is good, glass feels and sound like advertised. Came with a neoprene sleeve which was cool. I feel like the method used to secure the crystal to the base is a bit primitive ( holes crossed through the base of the crystal then a type of baling wire fed through the crystal and into the base where it is snipped off ) I would rather either a mold for the crystal to set in like a rubber or silicon or food grade copper would be amazing, the color would pop more and you could cast the lid and base in the same making the bottle even more beneficial AND beautiful.* note to any infusion bottle manufacturers*

The crystal: it’s phenomenal, I was extremely skeptical after the roller coaster of emotional trauma I went through reading all the instances of no shows but after what testing I had available I feel like my citrine quartz is legit, no bubbles or paint/dyes. It’s heavy. I love it😍

In closing there was some sediment material around the holes in the base and underneath the crystal where it’s attached to the base. Make sure to flush it out before use.

Original: my wife ordered a bottle with the citrine quartz. The order was confirmed and card charged on December 14th 2019. I have since then, attempted to establish a line of communication with the company through every media outlet they have and have yet to receive a single response. This company is blatantly using the good reputation of quartz and crystal healing properties to prey upon hard working good hearted individuals. I feel like after reading through all the other reviews, there are enough people here who have been given the shaft by Chalazias to start some traction with some kind of dispute.

Update : after posting this, I received an email this morning with a tracking number mind you the site attached to the tracking is insecure and all in Chinese characters so it could be cursing me out for all I know🤷🏼‍♂️ IF my bottle arrives in good condition I will obviously change my review to reflect the product and not this odd customer service

Unfortunately same experience as a lot of others I am seeing. Never received order, placed on Dec 14th 2019. No response from company, no tracking info ever sent. Disputing purchase with bank. Don't fall for it too.

Please do not order from this company. They are an overseas scam. I ordered two bottles on December 21, 2019, and have not received them. They will not respond to emails, and do not have a contact phone number. I am trying to dispute my order through PayPal and my bank right now.

Ordered for Christmas and still have not received it. I will be filing fraudulent charges with the credit card company.
Never order from overseas.
Tracking number received is showing as a bad number.
Beware!!!! Leave bad reviews on FB and any other social media they may have!

I never write bad reviews as it feel it’s malicious and do my best to come from a place of compassion but since it’s been almost 2 months since ordering a water bottle from this company- which was not cheap- and have attempted contact with them twice, I have started to research if this company is even real!
Now finding these reviews, I can see that this is an on-going issue for other buyers other than myself and it seems they are quicker to respond to reviews than they are actually taking care of customer service, which would avoid bad reviews to begin with. Simple stuff.
Where is my order?!! - at this point, for this price- I don’t want it!

Guys, this is a SCAM! I payed for a bottle, which I never revieved. After waiting for 2 months I texted the company on several media's, but they either wouldn't answer or tell me, that they have delivered the good. The moment I would insist I haven't received it, they would send me a Trecking-Number which doesnt show anything. Even my mailing company said this is not a valid Trecking-Number. DONT FALL FOR IT!

I ordered a bottle 3 weeks ago and still is in processing mode. I have read all the faqs and shipping information and understand it can take a bit of time however it should not be taking this long for a confirmation. I have tried reaching out a few times and still no response. This was meant to be a Christmas present however it seems like it may be a Christmas present in 2020 or better yet a non existent present. I was very excited to get a bottle and wanted to purchase more but by the looks of it, most people are not receiving their orders nor a refund. This is very disappointing and should be addressed. Hoping someone from the company sees this and will respond, order number is #5216.
