This has not by any means been a straightforward Sale and Purchase. You will understand what I mean when I tell you it has taken over 12 months to secure an exchange on my sale ( my Buyer had to wait patiently!} and over 8 months to secure an exchange on my Purchase, where I completely lost the plot with my Sellers Solicitor who was everything but Proactive, Transparent, Communicative or available . This even included the Sellers own Estate Agents who recommended the Solicitor !!
Mandy not only had to put up with me but she also did everything possible during this whole period to keep my Buyer up to speed as well as pacify him. She did everything and a lot more to ensure that the whole chain kept on top of matters and constantly pushed all parties estate agents and other personnel so as to avoid further unnecessary delays. From the first valuation meeting they have kept their promise of 1st class service- they have kept their word and provided me with excellent customer service. From arranging viewings at my convenience-vetting prospective purchasers- keeping everything moving - providing invaluable updates -chasing solicitors etc until exchange and completion.
All staff are efficient and polite and are a pleasure to deal with.

Chalk Street handled the sale of my mothers property. I can't pay any higher compliment than they were utterly professional, proactive and available from start to finish. Whoever dealt with me through the process I felt like they knew the details of the sale inside out but special mention to Mandy Bootle and Ben Leary who were just fantastic.
