Great experience
Great experience. Ordered on a Monday afternoon. We received a phone call from the warehouse manager on the Tuesday with delivery details for the next day. The sales guys also phoned us to confirm everything ok. Item arrived early the next morning. Couldn't have been better.

Ordering was simple
Ordering was simple. One item wasn’t actually in stock so they emailed straight away with an alternative to order, and reimburse me the £1 difference. Order was delivered within the week of ordering. And product arrived in perfect condition as was exactly as describe on website.

The service was excellent and prompt, but...
The service was excellent and prompt, but I was a bit surprised and disappointed, after the initial pages said 'postage free', to find a surcharge for a large item of £15 on the payment page. The item wasn't small, but not particularly large. My original review on this site mentioned this, but Chamberlain Music replied immediately, apologising for the error, thanking me for pointing it out, and refunding the full surcharge. I think their reaction shows that they are a good and reliable company - we can all make mistakes; it's how you correct them that counts.
