Chameleon handled our Italy trip this summer and exceeded every expectation. They figured out exactly what we wanted: equal parts history, food, and downtime for the kids. When our flight was delayed and we landed in Rome at 2 a.m., the driver was still there and the hotel check-in was already sorted. When a local guide didn't show up on time, Chameleon jumped in and made it right, even arranging a dinner to make up for it. We will definitely travel with them again.
This company commissioned us to provide a tour for some of their clients and never paid us for the service after numerous reminders. They don't answer us anymore. It is therefore an unreliable company that could defraud customers. Avoid buying from them! You can tell they are a company that scams people just by looking at the story they concocted in their response. We have the ID documents from the customers who actually took the tour, including their check-in signatures; anyone who wants proof can ask us for it, as we cannot publish it here. No one was refunded by them... they simply stole our money.

We always pay our suppliers for the services they deliver. In this case, the service wasn't delivered as promised, so our traveler didn't receive what they'd booked, and we refunded them straightaway, no questions asked. That's simply how we operate: our travelers' trips and their money come first, every time.

⚠️ Warning to potential partners: Our experience with this company has been extremely negative. After services were duly delivered, they refused to pay their suppliers and stopped responding to calls and messages. When approached, they cynically suggested taking legal action, knowing very well that the legal costs would exceed the amount owed.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but also deceptive. We strongly advise extreme caution when dealing with this company.
