I'm so sorry to hear that Gillian, can I just check that you are using a tealight burner or an electric burner of at least 40w? My melts are made from soy wax which will not perform well with other burners or warmers. I'd also suggest that you keep your burner away from doors, windows or draughts, to allow the wax to melt fully to release the fragrance.
Amazing fragrances
The fragrances from the wax melts truly are second to none. Long lasting and true to description. I also have a room spray and that is just amazing

I absolutely LOVE these wax melts
I absolutely LOVE these wax melts, the array of perfumes are excellent. They last alot longer than most wax melts you buy and are very competitive price wise.
I would highly recommend these to everyone with a burner.
I can't praise these enough and will continue to buy them as long as Emma makes them. Well done you.

I've been using Chandlers for quite a while now and I can honestly say the fragrances are superb. I have used alot of wax melts companies and Emma's is the best by far! The melts come well packaged, delivered quite quickly and quite frankly you get what you pay for! I won't use any other company now. I now use the hoover fragrance and I love them. ❤️ keep up the fantastic work Emma !

Disappointed, not for me
I really wanted to love these wax melts, so much so that after reading all the 5* reviews, I ordered a medium 'mystery box' of wax melts as a treat for myself. I've tried quite a few of them already and have been very disappointed, which I now realise is probably due to the fact that they are made from 'fragrance oils' (not a natural product and created in a lab) rather than the more expensive 'essential oils' (natural products, no synthetic ingredients). I wish I'd checked this out before I bought - my mistake. The ones I've tried so far all have a synthetic and strong chemical-type smell to me, which probably has something to do with the rather long list of chemicals listed in the ingredients on each melt, which I found quite alarming. A few of the melts have even caused a tightness in my chest after burning for an hour or so. Going by the reviews, many people clearly love these wax melts but sadly they are not for me. I wish I'd done more research into them before buying.
Update: Very disappointing that, when invited to leave a purchase review by the owner and I submitted a 2* review, it hasn't been published on their website. Definitely makes me question the accuracy of all the 5* reviews (and professionalism/integrity of the company), when they opt to filter out less than favourable reviews of their products. Very dubious.

Hi Yvonne. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your melts. All of my products are made using synthetic fragrance oils which, as you rightly point out, are made in a lab. This means they go through rigorous safety testing, and the long list of ingredients I include shows that I am compliant in all labelling regulations.
Whilst essential oils are natural, there is much less regulation around them, and they can easily cause adverse effects when not handled safely. This is the reason I don't use them, and would urge others to practise caution.
The best I have ever used
I have to say these are the best wax melts I have ever used and I have used a lot. Fabulous scent which lasts for ages . I totally recommend

Fatal wax melt
I am a huge fan of Penhaligon's Halfeti and even though the wax melt smells nice, I am disappointed that Fatal doesn't smell much like it.

Great service from order to delivery. Quick response and despatch. I ordered the Scented Hoover Discs and they arrived promptly and beautifully packaged with a personalised note from the seller. Used straight away to hoover bedrooms and stairs and they smell so fresh and clean and the scent wafted all around the house. Best vac smellies I’ve used. Would defo recommend and I will order again.
