Chappelli Cycles Avis 209

I view Chappelli Cycles as a high-standard, somewhat artisanal brand. The service extended was fully attentive and catered to the my (the customer's) personal needs. I am a petite cyclist, and had the springy saddle of my Chappelli bike replaced with a flat one to better accommodate my comfort.

Fantastic customer service at Chappelli Cycles Sydney. The guys went over and above to build an amazing bike for me. I absolutely love it!

Really like the design of their bikes and after looking around for a while finally bought one. I can't fault the sales process and service but after riding the bike for a week or two I noticed the paint starting to fall off, lots of scratches in the metal parts and that the gears and brakes weren't properly, and safely, adjusted -and pretty flimsy.

I ended up getting rid of it and buying another bike from a big brand German company. Although it cost three times more I'm much happier and safer with my new bike.

Great assistance and beautiful bikes at affordable prices. No one can believe I paid what I did!

Chappelli is a great brand with fantastic customer service. Ive had minor difficulties with the bike but could be down to how hard I ride it. If your looking from here to there its a great bike

I LOVE my Chappelli. But if I'm going in to buy a $650 bicycle, I expect to be treated with kindness and enthusiasm. I was VERY excited to get a Chappelli and went into the store visibly happy, but I was served by two guys who were very cold and to be honest, made me feel stupid for being so excited. Every time i look back to when I bought my bike, I have a bad taste in my mouth by the staff who were so unfriendly. I have to put it in for a service which I have been putting off because of my previous experience.

Ordered from overseas, they were really helpful and proactive. Plus i love the bike!

I've been a customer of Chapelli Cycles in Sydney for about 3 yrs now since purchasing my first 3 speed. I rode that bike on average 4 days per week for the 3 yrs and never once had a problem with it. My 3 speeds now been passed on to my partner and I've upgraded to a road bike

I've had some very ordinary experiences as far as customer service goes at other bike places (well known ones too!) but Pablo and his team are all friendly, knowledgable and passionate about their work

I have no hesitations in recommending anyone, no matter your cycle 'level'. They have a large range of bikes to suit all different riders and will help you to find the right bike for you!

Friendly, courteous and helpful blokes at the C-wood warehouse helped me pick out a new ride - totally stoked! It was really refreshing that they were so approachable, we're happy to answer all my questions (even though I'm sure they have heard them a ton before), and listened to what I was after. Perfect gents.

I had a change of mind from a single speed Nero to the Eltoro and it was a breeze to do. The bikes are excellent quality. I've had a few single speeds in the past and they've been terrible compared to my Chappelli.

Beautiful bicycles in an honest warehouse space. Just beware of the wait time to have your bike assembled - otherwise, it's a great experience.

I had an idea of what I wanted for a new bike and found the Chappelli ticked all the boxes for what I wanted. (Urban 29er pref with gears but single fine two) Also the warranty tipped the end decision to go with them. I found a good clean premises, with helpful staff. I'm having a ball with my new bike. I think they have found a nice mix of fat 29er and urban kicker. Cheers to Chappelli.
