Very sturdy but stylish and comfortable furniture at a very competitive price. Kept well infirmed on delivery and the driver, Simon, was pleasant and super helpful.

I complained that they failed to deliver a product and they blame Yodel but Yodel has so many bad reviews here then Charles Taylor Trading failed to do due dilligence and therefore must be struck of from Companies House for dishonesty and failure to provide a service of a standard as required in civil law.

The response I received to my complaint bore no relationship to the complaint.

I called them but the staff did not have a clue about what was happening and claimed that they did not have a telephone number for the courier Yodel and as they have a contract with them then this is an bare-face absolute lie.

Avoid this company at all cost and claim compensation whenever there is a problem.

Our bench and table were delivered on the day we were told. The driver was really friendly and helpful. The bench and table seem very well made and robust. A good experience with this company.

Lovely table and chairs for our garden (to replace a very old set that collapsed one day!). Very impressed with delivery, we were busy on delivery day, but were reassured by a quick response to our email. Even better, the delivery was there in front of house before we got up, we didn’t even hear them, it felt like Santa had been overnight! First cup of tea for the day was in the garden relaxing in our comfortable chairs before the busy day began.

Products we purchased 2years ago have been good,2 seater bench, 2 chairs with corner tables and small coffee type table. They now need maintenance, retreating with wood treatment, ordered from CT,delivered as promised and looks good,
Problem is with container, it has a flimsy silicone pull up spout that wouldn't pull up as per directions, I could tell it was an accident waiting to happen!! Tried pouring out but due to no pouring spout, it went everywhere including splashing onto my shirt. Got my pliers out and managed to pull the spout out, decanted into an old plastic screen wash bottle and threw the can away. Please take this as constructive feedback.

Used before this was my 2nd large delivery. Simon both times has been super friendly nothing is too much effort and delivery has been placed exactly where I've needed it each time. My Planter was also assembled on site. Furniture quality I've been very impressed with and wouldn't hesitate to place a 3rd order again soon. Thanks again to you all.

Great service. I received a message from Simon the day before delivery telling me what time to expect him. He arrived on time and assembled the bench planter promptly. He was cheery and polite. The planter is exactly as described.

We had a brilliant delivery driver named ROB very polite ,knew his stuff checked everything before he left .Did worry that it's was a big delivery fir one person but he took it in his stride .Furniture looks good in situ glad we stopped with seller on llandudno pier highly recommend this company 👌 to ROB

This review captures the excellent delivery service I received from Robert.
Communication throughout the process was fantastic. Our cottage isn’t the easiest place to find and get to. This was no problem for Robert who expertly navigated his Luton Van up to our cottage to ensure our delivery arrived to the door.
All in all an amazing delivery experience which for me is my main concern when buying bulky items delivered to the door!
The furniture looks pretty good to!
