Brilliant service and a happy Mio! 🐱😀

Scott and the whole service were brilliant. The item we ordered arrived in perfect condition and on time. We couldn’t recommend ordering from Charlie Scott’s highly enough, and we’ll definitely do it again next time, too. 😀

I purchased an orthopaedic dog bed for…

I purchased an orthopaedic dog bed for my 5 year old Flora, she has recently had surgery on her elbows and also diagnosed with osteoarthritis, the support, comfort and quality of the bed is amazing, removable covers for washing, only wish the beds came in sofa size for me.🤗 super quick delivery, thank you.

Excellent Customer Service

First time ordering with this company. Had a slight issue with the order but the customer service was excellent and the problem was resolved quickly. This was the best customer service I have received for a long time so I felt compelled to write a review! I would not hesitate to order from them again. The bed that I ordered is lovely, really good quality.
