Wow! I randomly met Charlie at an ice cream shop and had my first Sound bath two days later. I had no idea what to expect. I am beginning a new chapter of my life as we speak. It’s not easy to relax. Also, I am very Type A and fidgety and find it difficult to sit still. I had plenty of room on the large blanket to wiggle. Charlie was very accommodating to get me comfortable. The guided relaxation was amazing. When my mind wandered, I brought it back to the sounds and relaxation techniques. Originally, I booked a 1 hour with the option to add on 30 minutes. At the end of one hour, I requested a second hour. I definitely felt major relaxation. It felt like I had just had a massage with an amazing musical performance.

What a truly wonderful, immersive experience. I am a pretty open-minded guy, but nothing prepared me for such a deep relaxing & soothing adventure of the senses. I found myself spirited away, causing me to let go of all that had stressed me out. Even deeply held physical tension in my core, I had for years began to crumble and dissipate. As I could actually physically feel the sound waves, move and pass through my body.
I am definitely hooked. I left the session feeling deeply relaxed, at peace and happy. I was a total marshmallow-man.
