This is the most amazing jewellers in Southsea, Charlotte has designed a couple of pieces of jewellery incorporating very meaningfully items into the final products and the after service is exceptional. I would highly recommend Charlotte and the team, 5 star service all the way.
I came in to ask for a quote to fix my emerald and diamond ring claw. They took it away to look at it. When it came back they had fixed it. Out of this world customer service and satisfaction. So impressed genuine company. Thankyou so grateful

Charlotte and her team were a dream to work with to make my nebulous dreams reality.
I knew I wanted a wedding ring inspired by my Mum's and Nana's rings.
I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to look but I am not creative in the slightest. the second I walked into the shop I knew I was in the right place. the organic, natural style and flow of the pieces in the shop was exactly what I wanted. Charlotte was so patient and kind to me, even when I emailed about a thousand different questions and worries, even when I was anxious, even when I was worried about my fingers swelling in the hot weather.
I got to meet each of the amazing and lovely people who crafted my ring, nothing was too much trouble and they were all so kind. Everything happened so quickly and seamlessly and before I knew it I was holding the ring that perfectly symbolised generations of love. The new band complimented my unusual shaped engagement ring perfectly without looking too matched and dependent on it allowing both pieces to shine together and apart.
I can honestly say I cannot wait to wear this beautiful piece for the rest of my life. When I'm old and grey I will share the story of my bespoke, one of a kind palladium ring with a smile. Thank you team. I would share a picture but it's top secret for now!

Communication was excellent.
I received an email to say my purchase was ready for collection , I was expecting 6-8 weeks but it was ready after about 2 weeks.
I went to collect it and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
I checked the pendant and it is stunning, the jewellers made it on site. It is a collaboration between Charlotte Cornelius and My Dog Sighs.
My daughter will be thrilled to receive this beautiful gift.

I am so delighted with the professional and individual service offered. I purchased a necklace for my daughter and was notified when it was ready to collect. I was greeted warmly and was able to look at my purchase and see the skill involved. I felt my purchase was treated in the same way as a very expensive item.
