This jewelry was not the quality I saw online or expected. Mass produced and cheap looking. Paid more than I would have for the quality. I wound not advise purchasing if you're expecting handmade quality.

This is a fraudulent company. I have been waiting since October 2025 for a refund or a replacement ring and continue to get a runaround.

Do NOT order jewellery from this false company. The jewellery does not match the photos at all. It looks cheap, much bigger than the photos and is badly made. Trying to return the jewellery is made incredibly difficult. You are advised after numerous emails, to return to Belgium. I managed to get my money back through my credit card company.

I’ve always believed that handmade items are more personal and meaningful, and this brand proved me right. I bought a necklace, and it came beautifully packed with so much detail. The silver cubic beads bracelet feels very solid for something so elegant. I wear it daily, and it hasn’t lost any shine or structure. You can tell the materials are chosen carefully, and the finish is smooth and professional. Supporting handmade businesses like this makes it feel even more special.

This company does not uphold their return policy. They send repeated excuse emails, and then stop responding when you insist they follow through. I knew it when I received the poor quality jewelry, but it's an absolute scam.

The ring was beautiful, I loved the look, however the quality of the ring is missing. The "gold" has faded and the ring isn't as stunning. I didn't wear it often and that's the most upsetting.

When I purchased from this company, it was under the impression they were preparing for close. Their catalog displayed various images of quality made 'fine-itemed' jewelry rather unique in creation and offered pricing one couldn't pass up. At the time, I didn't think much of the disclaimer warning all sales final--given the notion led to believe--this store was closing for good. Only after receiving my purchase items did I realize I'd been duped. The rings I believed were being purchased were not what I received. What I now owned were cheap looking & upset me quite a bit. I'm doing the interview now after all this time because I literally just saw another advertisement for this company with the same claim of 'closing down' & felt it important to share my experience with others.

I ordered a ring, necklace, bracelet and earrings. The ring is the ONLY product that I have been able to use. The necklace AND bracelets broke the first time I tried to put them on. One of the stems of the earrings is so crooked that the earring falls out. When I wrote to complain about the necklace, I was told to send a video or pic of it! Horrible customer service. Cheap product!!

Bought a gift for a loved one, mailed directly to her. The quality of item was absolutely embarrassing! Co valued at £120+ but looked like it came from a cheap Christmas cracker... that gets binned! Cheap plastic!

I received a necklace from this company. When I tried to put it on it broke. I wrote to the company and they offered 50% off another item. I said I wanted a refund and they said their accounts system had a problem. After many follow up emails (which they responded to!) I realised I was never going to get the refund.
I have now seen another company advertising on Facebook - "Olivia Sophia" - which looks exactly the same. They even have the same necklace. STEER CLEAR!

If I would give it less stars I could . Claims to be a family owned business in the United States, handmade jewelry. It will be shipped the very same day because it’s going out of business and everything you see is all they have in their inventory.
Turns out it took forever to get my order. It was the wrong item and when I questioned it, they told me that they sent what I ordered. There was just a color discrepancy. And if I wanted to return it, I could pay to return it. It was two totally different rings. Then I looked, and I saw all these other companies with the same story and the same jewelry. As far as claiming to be in the United States, I have a screenshot of the Chinese tracking label.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau. It’s not the amount of money because it was pretty cheap. It’s the fact that I wanted to support a family owned United States business. It’s just a scam.

I think they're going into liquidation. I asked to return three of the 5 items I bought, because the clasps didn't work.
Charlotte Grace's emails were considered and empathetic, I can say that for them, but the refund they promised before Christmas still has not come through. They said they were happy and able to refund me, and they didn't want the item's back.
Though they have reiterated many times that my refund has been approved, it has been slowed by a technical glitch (my words), I'm beginning to think they are shallow words. I think it entirely possible that my refund has got swallowed up in their troubles, and it's a company that is drowning in debt due to bad practice.
A painful experience for anyone.
