I ordered a personalised Ethereal Galaxy Spinning Ring earlier this year in honour of my 10th wedding anniversary. Despite a number of hurdles and challenges along the way....the Indian Postal Service delivery mix up (I am currently living in India), the first ring getting lost when being returned to the UK, and the second ring wrong sizing (totally my fault!) the customer service was fabulous. Hannah was so helpful, very patient and super committed to getting me my gorgeous ring! She kept me up to date with what was happening and the progress of my order.
The third ring arrived safely and it is beautiful! I am thrilled with it! 🤍💙❤️
I have since bought my son a Mayan Warrior Spinning Ring for his 21st birthday and he loves it too.

Written by Susan Gray. Like a fly I have been drawn into Charlotte’s Web web of jewels. I have purchased several pieces of jewellery from Charlottes Web. All pieces are hand crafted, intricate and beautifully made by artisans.
The packaging is very minimalist and stylish, arrives in letterbox friendly packaging which is always good.
Customer service is always excellent and emails are always replied to very quickly.
I get tons of compliments when I wear my earrings, rings and bangles. My favourite pieces are the spinning rings and bangles as I fiddle a lot when nervous so these help calm me down and look stylish !

I ordered a personalised spinn ring with an emerald, amethyst and moonstone, and it came even before promised delivery time.
It was true to description and size and soooo comfortable to wear. I've had the ring for 8months now and it is still in perfect condition even with almost daily wear.
Since I live in Sweden I had to pay taxes when it went through customs but they made sure I only had to pay as little as possible, true custom service and personal care.
I'm planning to buy more pieces for me and my daughter and truly would recommend this company 100%.

I purchased a man's ring to replace the wedding band that my husband recently lost. I chose the spinning ring because he constantly fiddled with the original, which is probably why he lost it! Very pleased with the ring, and it's still on his finger.
