Pink sweater I purchased was a defect and because it was a Christmas gift it was past 30 days I couldn’t return it or exchange. Don’t buy anything from them because they will also charge you to return.

No response from customer service…

No response from customer service regarding where my order was. The tracking service they use is useless.The telephone number provided doesn't work. Order was eventually sent, but just one of two items delivered. No response to when the 2nd item it would be delivered.
I will never order from CC again. Sevice just is not up to par.

Horrible online company!!

Horrible online company!!! Their clothing is crap poorly made. You have to return it within 7 days or you can’t get your money back. Stay away!!!

JUNK! a piece of cheap material, definitely not Charming Charlie clothing
Some odd foreign brand on tag
Do not fall for this....waste of money
Accepts returns but at a huge loss, they charge return shipping fees
Keep in mind I sent 3 emails (only way to contact them) to cancel

Don't do it

I placed two orders, one 8 days ago, and one 6 days ago. It took two emails to receive a response from Yumi stating it takes 5-8 days to ship. I still have not received notice either have shipped. I don't know if this is a different owner than the stores, but I will not buy from this place again. I am going to attempt to cancel my orders. Customer service is terrible.

Ordered $95 worth on Aug.19. The shipping continues to say "shipping label created". One full month later, no merchandise received. All phone numbers for customer service are disconnected. Emails go unanswered. I disputed charges with my bank to refuse payment. Horrible, horrible service by charming charlie. I would have given a zero of I could.

Slow and unresponsive

Ordered a swimsuit from the website. Received a shipping confirmation email a full week after placing the order. However, the status stayed at pre-shipment meaning the only the label had been printed and the item wasn't shipped. I emailed "customer support" twice. Finally received a response and the person said the label was created but they didnt have the item on hand yet.... how are they selling items that they don't physically have!? So after almost 3 weeks, I finally received the item. Terrible quality not to mention the size chart was WAY off! Clearly a low print quality item. The website says to contact customer support for a return and no one has responded to my emails again. I paid $45 for low quality item that I can't return. Will have to contact my credit card company instead.

Impossible "easy" "returns" process! You can't return ANYTHING

After going in one of there stores and having a great experience a few years ago, I recently bought $300 worth of clothes ONLINE from this company.

I counted on the advertised return process. They make it extremely hard to follow through on their "easy returns" process by issuing the return label with product "return" numbers that don't related to the order number.

If you ordered multiple clothes and with a few differing orders close together, you won't know which return label is for which purchase as the return order number from your email won't match up with the order number from your email.

Further, they have different distribution centers to return the items too so you can't just put it in one box or bag and assume it will get returned. I believe they do this on purpose to reduce their returns.

It's ruined my trust in the company and I'd never purchase from there again as I think it's deceptive, frustrating, intentional.

Don’t give your money away…

Why didn’t I research before I purchased?
Ordered weeks ago and they immediately took my money but has not shipped my item and will not return my messages. I guess it’s my fault I’ve been scammed out of $40. Very thankful it wasn’t more.

I will never order from them again…first of all, I waited 4 weeks for my order, the jeans were way to big and the size was what I always wear…and the dress was TRASH!!! Don’t waste your money on anything from there

Not like it was

Not like it was. Ordered two overpriced sweaters and they are terrible quality, they smelled like chemicals and fit is like defective. Shipping took forever. I would never order from here again. It isn’t the same as it was when it was a brick and mortar.

Awfull Experience

My experience with charming Charlie on line was very disappointing. The quality of the clothing they sell is poor. The sizes don’t and the merchandise doesn’t match. They run big and do not have labels. I had to wash what I bought to see if it shrank but they got worse. I had to throw the 5 sweater away. I gave them a one star because there is no choice for 0. I do not recommend and will not buy anything else from Charming Charlie. The sweaters seem and feel old and used. I spend $133.00 in unusable sweaters.

Made an order on Feb 23 and never…

Made an order on Feb 23 and never shipped. Sent SEVERAL messages and finally received a response from Yumi saying my order was sold out. Said to expect a refund in 3-5 days and has received nothing. Opened up a dispute on PayPal.

Disappointed with online Charming Charlie. It may be a scam, and they have my credit card. H E L P!

I loved Charming Charlie when it was a walk in store. Thinking that the online Charming Charlie was the same store and quality merchandise I ordered a blouse and paid using my credit card. Item never arrived, and I started searching their website. I’m concerned about this company which has terrible reviews for online orders will use the credit card I charged the item to but never received and am fearful that they have my credit card information and will cause me future problems. What should I do? Should I get a new credit card so they can’t cause problems? Please help! Thank you.

Charged but not shipped

Charged but not shipped. Ordered something 11 days ago. They charged my credit card immediately but still have not “processed” the order and it has not even shipped yet. Why should it take 11 days to get something in the mail? Most legit stores do not charge you until the merchandise ships.

The item I ordered was recieved damaged. I sent an email with a picture of the damaged item and asked for return instructions. I have not recieved any communication back. This company does not care about customer service. Save yourself the headache and find someone else to order from.

Shipping went wrong

What went wrong is shipping. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still have not received the order. If shipping doesn't improve there are plenty of other company that ship in a timely bases. VERY UNHAPPY. They are deceitful in their language, " ships in 5-7 days. That also does not include weekends.

Don’t Do It!!!!

Spent $250 thinking I could return items. You have to call or email for a return code. I’ve emailed three times with no response. One number is out of service and the other always has a busy tone. Now I’m stuck with items that won’t work at all and out all that money.

I have been waiting for a refund almost 2 months and still have yet to receive it. Very disappointed and do not recommend buying from this business.
