Adam was extremely responsive and stayed in constant communication with me regarding flight arrangements, etc. His customer service skills were fantastic as well as the other team members corresponding day and night to fulfill our needs. The pilot was also especially kind and courteous.

Glad to have worked with John in arranging the flight. Seamless and easy. Would have anticipated follow up by the concierge to check in on how the experience was. Otherwise, the pilots were exceptional and very professional from start to finish.

Communication and follow through were very good from booking to touch down. Pilots were friendly and attentive. We had some weather issues but they handled it like true professionals. I would definitely use your company again if the need arises.

Excellent Experience
David was incredibly helpful with our very short-notice booking. The upgraded aircraft was perfect for our group and the crew were professional and courteous. We opted to have a lunch catered and were told pricing was not available, we ordered sandwiches and some salads for $500 and our passengers said the food was not very good for the cost. But the flight and booking process were fantastic and we will absolutely work with CFG again soon.
