I do not know what ChatPrime is known for. I was looking for ChatGpt. By mistake, I must have clicked on Chatprime, and paid the initial payment. I never used this app, and I deleted it.I declined any further subscriptions. I'm frustrated with how the payment is presented on my credit card. The bank keeps declining. Eventually, the bank stopped this card. I cannot use this card for any payment because of Chatprime. I have unsubscribed immediately as soon as I realised my mistake. I wrote to Chatprime but no help came about

ChartPrime is an incredible resource. Amazing indicators for every style, and their trading signals take the guesswork and stress out of the market. Great team!

The indicators are good however, I am taking a break from trading and trying to cancel. They make it so difficult.

Finally someone reached out from Chartprine and took care of it. so I updated star from one to 3 which really is due how great the indicators are.

I have been looking for partners and assistants like them for years. They are extremely patient and polite. The indicators are fantastic, but you have to learn how to interpret and use them. You have to invest energy to be able to interpret them properly, but I received maximum assistance in everything. I can only recommend them.

I am a newbie and had to engage with customer service immediately. They walked me through everything at my pace and maintained calmness and kindness throughout.

I've been trading for 4 years already and ChartPrime was the missing piece! Fast and efficient support, wonderful community and the best indicator in the game.

Many of the indicators they have are copies of other indicators into one just with different names. There are a lot of options which is good and bad. I did not really find I had an edge with their indicators over other free indicators I use that are very similar. For a brand new trader, it might be helpful to take advantage of all their free education. Without understanding how to trade they won't be much of use.

I will say their customer service is top notch and very responsive to any question you have in their discord, they do give you 7 days to try out and no questions asked if you want a refund and not happy with service. I got my refund without even having to ask once I cancelled with their support.

I gave it 4 stars because I think they are truly helpful and supportive, and their work is really good if you can find an edge with their indicators, but don't expect it to be magic.

Words can't describe how these powerful master indicators and oscillators are a game changer for any trader looking to up their game. If you understand and master these indicators with your trading knowledge and experience or even as a novice trader with the addition of confluence, you will be unstoppable and profitable. Add risk management and you are a trading ninja!!! Should have made the move faster!

This indicator delivers exactly what it promises.
Clear signals, accurate predictions, consistent results. Been using it for 6 months and it's become my primary trading tool. The interface is clean and easy to read.

Extremely quick customer service response time probably the fastest I've ever experienced and they were objective oriented and wanted to help me solve my problem immediately. All in All great experience.

Ok so. after not reading the order of operations correctly and bungling my chartprime account linking process, I have to say that the customer assistance from the discord server was way beyond anything I have seen before.
Specifically, while I was bouncing in and out for work projects, Choi(Prime) went above and beyond hanging on the line for a ticket that took almost 3 hours in total to get through. I am impressed. I also did not have to jump off a cliff, which is nice.

The Indicators are very simple to use. The demonstration and set up instruction videos are clear and easy to follow. I have not placed a trade yet but very excited to start. The discord community has been great and very helpful with all questions.

I appreciate Kylie's excellent support. She did not get tired to respond to each and every query i posted. Also, I gained quite a good amount of understanding on chartprime indicators.
