Both the regional team (Colin) handling my initial agreement and the local letting (Jack) team, property management, account and sublet teams (Hugo, Ella) are professional. They have been very responsive, patient and helpful, and have been able to provide useful advices during the handover of my flat, and could close the deal to let out the property quickly. The processes and the kinds of documents I should expect were clearly explained.

The property agent Kin Lee is responsive and reactive. He was able to offer high flexibilty and help over the tenancy management. Furthermore, he gave good explanations to the landlords' questions.
