Could not fault Cheadle Car Sales .. very friendly and fairly priced.. they even delivered the car to the door. No issues whatsoever and found them very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Im sorry to say that if there was 0 that is the rating that I would give to Cheadle Cars. Matthew is a horrible person very argumentative and aggressive. He has threatened me that he was coming to take my car away as the car is in my name. Matthew owes me £1499 that he promised to pay back in Feb 26. Still not paid me now I have had to take Cheadle Cars to court. Please stay away from Cheadle Cars.

Great selection and service. Found the perfect around-town car. No hard selling or endless questions. I test drove while they checked over the car I was part-exchanging. Lovely people. Would use again and have recommended to others

I wouldn’t recommend buying from Cheadle Car Sales they all seemed very nice on viewing and purchase and delivery was seamless. It was after this my problems started and have not ended. 

After having the car a few days the indicator fell out, the bulbs blew in two of the front lights (possibly not their fault could be a coincidence). I asked to take the car back in as I also noticed there were a lot of smoke on acceleration appearing and it began with a high pitch whine. 

When Cheadle Car sale took the car back in and looked at it. They changed the head gasket and fixed the indicator but said they couldn’t find anything wrong. On a separate note I made it clear that I needed to leave as soon as they were finished as I needed to get back to work. I was advised they were finished and I could collect the car but as soon as I arrived the owner went out to an appointment with the keys for a car that was parked directly in front of my car so I couldn’t leave until he returned.

I took the car back and a few days later the same problems returned. I then contacted the garage about returning the car to them as it clearly had issues. They were very unreceptive to this and wanted to charge me 400 pounds for the time I had had the car and pleaded poverty which was the reason they didn't want it back. Which at the time I thought was a bit much but in hindsight I should have gone for it would have saved me a lot of money and hassle. 

We finally came to the conclusion that they would take the car back in a have another look. The garage is half an hour drive from my house so I asked if someone could come and get it as I had already taken time off to bring it the first time. They agreed to this but never turned up at the arranged time, they then stoped answering the phone and replying to messages. 

I took the car to another garage for a second opinion. The garage quickly identified that the car needed a new rocker cover and it wasn’t fitting properly. A few weeks after that the car needed a new alternator. It’s nothing but problems. I also have a very strong feeling it has been in an accident that hasn’t been recorded. There are signs.

In my opinion the car had clearly been flashed over for sale and they knew it had potential issues.  Save yourself the stress and money and avoid.

Matt sold me a faulty car in Nov 25, and refused to take the car back and refused to give me my money back. Don't trust Matt or Luke they rip you off.

I bought my car 16 months ago I got contacted today by Matthew to see how my car was I have had no problem whatsoever I love my Nissan Juke and I’d definitely recommend Cheadle car sales to anyone when buying a secondhand car anything can happen I have been stung in the past but I’m really happy now

Bought a car off them realised yesterday it had a minor fault. They sorted it out within hours. Collected from my home repaired and brought back. Excellent service . I would highly recommend a visit to dan and mat if you are looking for a new car. Very impressed.

Cowboy - will take your money for a broken car then refuse to pay you back. Been waiting 6 months now for a car we had for 4 days - taking it to small claims now. Avoid this business at all costs!

Seriously don’t use.. had so many problems and more scratches seem to appear as the days went on. Never again..

Bought the x5, had issues straight away. It went back to be fixed, after 3 weeks I collected it half heartedly repaired.
Scanned with bmw software, it has 2.5k of issues that the dealer said "didn't need fixing ". After 3 months of pain I unwound the finance and it went back.
Wouldn't buy a wheel barrow off these lot!

My son bought a 13k car from them, within a week of having it he has replaced a shock, discs and break pads and two new tyres. Wires showing on the inside of one. Phoned to complain and was given £400 back, work cost £600. They also offered to buy car back but he had already spent on it putting a tow bar on it. Get the car fit for sale in the first place.
Two months on and the car bonnet is diabolical, full of stone chips and loads of scratches which were not visible when he got it. A few washes later and it’s as if the paint is coming off. Took it to be re-sprayed and been told it’s had some kind of coloured lacquer on it to disguise the shocking paint work. Wouldn’t by a scooter from them, shocking really that they can let cars go out like that.

I bought my first X5 from Cheadle car sales 3 months ago and what a car it drives like a dream and I'm very happy with my purchase thank you Dan for your help .... quality service and a quality car ... thanks again.

Our son bought a 2009 BMW 320i coupe for £4k three weeks ago. Dan was superb throughout and the after service care was excellent. The car drives superbly. He is really happy. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Really pleased with my experience at Cheadle Car Sales. They seem like knowledgable, friendly guys that went out of their way to help me. The car I purchased (a BMW z4) is in great condition, it drives wonderfully and, as the car didn't have service history, they serviced it for me before I left.
Surprised to see other reviews calling them liars, I felt like they were very honest and reasonable
