I have never had the slightest problem with this company. don't know why they have such a low score. I would guess they are being confused with another company. Or competitors are posting bad reviews.

cheapairportparking advertises, "Lowest rates from $4.95 - Bob Hope Airport Parking." But when I wasted my time entering the required data for my trip, the rate was $16. I hate false advertising like this designed to lead you on.

Even 1* rating is too much as this seems a fraud company, all reviews posted online is fake (as you don't get any option to post your review after your trip) they always charge extra at the motel saying your car is bigger size than average $5/ day and even their 800 no. advertised, is sold to some pharmaceutical co. You can never get hold of this motel at their no. Worst experience inspite of ending up paying more than average parking rates!

Waited for more than an hour for the shuttle. When I called to inquire I received attitude from the representative. Save yourself the headache and go with joes parking pay a little more but don’t be stressed about missing your flight because they don’t have shuttles.

I was sold a reservation to a parking lot near Newark Airport that was permanently closed. As I drove to the provided address, there was no lot, and the phone number provided was disconnected. I barely made my flight, and I had to scramble to find another lot nearby. This is inexcusable; the company should do its due diligence and check on the lots it is selling parking for. To be fair, this is the first time I've had a problem with them, and we've used them for years, but one time is one too many. I don't need this stress.

When you book there's a notice to PRINT your emailed receipt -- or the rate you booked at "may not be honored." They email you the receipt -- then within five minutes, they RECALL the email. Yes, it actually disappears from your inbox. This way, you don't have time to print the receipt--and when you go to the lot, there is no limit to the additional fees you may be charged, including (despite paying in advance) a fee to GET YOUR CAR OUT. Scam of all scams.

Thieves, liars, scam artists. Book at your own risk. NEVER, NEVER use this service.

Absolute shtshow at FT FLL parking. Made and paid reservations. Called on the way bc gps wasn’t reading the address. First, someone who could understand or speak English disconnected. Then through closed roads and construction we got to the lot and they said “we’re full, we don’t take cheap airport parking reservations, they keep sending us people and we don’t take them. We’ve used this service before but not in this area. Every single phone number for this website is not working or “voicemail full.” Super fun when you’re heading for a flight. Thank heavens we used a good credit card which will hopefully refund. FT FLL even had spots and wouldn’t take us. Losers, all of them.

Parking lot they gave us was overbooked so we had to cancel and pay double the price at another parking lot. They didn't give us a refund either. Only credit to use their site again which we do not want. Absolutely unacceptable. We will never be using their services again.

They don't give me the service they sold, they don't answer emails and there is no phone number available.

I had a early morning flight on sept 12 2025 toOrlando international Airport The parking lot was over crowed and the back parking lot was flooded and I didn't want to drive thru the flooded condition and would have had to walk thru flooded condition back the front for the shuttle. I backed out and had to park at parking garage at Orlando international I tried to get a refund and they refused even with the awful condition that day.. will never never use their parking lot again.. if you have a flight out of Orlando use parkandgo or another parking service Terrible customer service

This parking lot is run by a bunch of shady people and scammers. I had to wait for more than an hour for the car to come and take us to the place to pick up my car, but no one showed up. At 1:30 a.m., with a small child, we were left standing in the cold until finally I had to go with someone else to get my car, which was covered in dust — and I had to pay £30 just for a car wash. The place was completely unmanaged, and I had to take my own car key and drive off myself. They also charged us £20 after booking, supposedly for their “service.” But what service!!!

When we arrived, even though we had a reservation and QR code it would not let us in. We called the phone number and they let us in. When we returned to pick up our car it would not let us out. We called again and this time the person could not let us out. We had to pas an additional $20 to get out at the self serve gate. Several others had the same problem.

I booked 8/1-8/3 on their website for $23 on the Parking Spot 2 at IAH. However, the receipt said it was only for 8/1-8/2. I was then charged by the Parking Spot for $36. Numbers calls to Way, and they told me my original reservation was for 2 days, and the extra charge was for the extra day. Now, Parking Spot only charges $14/a day for weekends, so the math doesn’t make sense. But they refuse to reimburse me. I ended up paying $20 a day for 3 days total, more than Parking Spot normally charges and, supposedly, they are the “cheapest” parking. And, of course, I cannot get a receipt from Parking Spot, who wasn’t even supposed to charge me at all, if the cheapest parking.com site would have worked correctly. First time ever using their site, but I will NEVER use them again!!! :/ Very disappointed.

I would never book through this website. They don't have any phone number listed for customer service and they don't reply to emails.

So whatever reservation number they give you is not valid, and no email confirmation. So you cannot cancel or make sure you are confirmed, as when you type your reservation number it says it is not valid. No phone number , no email. Just you can leave a message on an automated chat. So i had to dispute and cancel the charge with my bank. Big waste of time.

I would put ZERO star if I could.
Booked an airport. They actually sole me a spot that did not exist. Parking was full. I had to stress to find parking, find a very expensive one, and… it gets better, cheap ass airport parking did not reimburse me.
They are a bunch of dishonest thieves.

I purchased 3 parking spots on this site for APEX EWR Airport Parking recently. Upon arriving at the site the attendant asked what type of car I had. I said a Jeep Cherokee Sport at which time he informed me it was going to be an additional charge of $56 for oversized vehicle. He told me that management has the right to do so. What could I do but pay. I called Cheap airport Parking to file a complaint and was told that after you pick a lot and enter your information, you need to check "REVIEW RESERVATION" where it shows additional fees. I feel this is a bait and switch sale. Who checks "REVIEW RESERVATION" when it is clearly right in front of you. The Con#, date, lot name, phone #, address, enter and exit date with times. Everything I put in was there. They should post about additional charges clearly under the per day charge. The customer services rep was not helpful at all. I'll never use this service again. $168 total additional charges !!!

They had us book with Seattle international airport parking - (outdoor self), and it was a parking facility that had been CLOSED DOWN since January of 2025. We didn’t know this until we were driving around looking for the parking place the morning of our flight. 😡
This left us scrambling to book another parking garage last minute for double the price.

Be careful!!! This is a SCAM! Your reservation number means nothing. They are playing on chance. If you show up at the parking lot and there are available spot, you are lucky. And if not, they will simply refund your money. And how can you refund a missed flight and a funeral? How can you refund the stress and pain that you and your loved ones experienced? That's what happened to us. It was just a nightmare! There were no seats anywhere.
