Cheap Car Rental Avis 

Hello ,
I want let you know that I was completely disappointed from. This last car rental in Madrid airport , I booked on your website a high end suv ( Skoda Karooq ) and I was offered a French cheap car Citroen , when I complained at SIXT desk terminal 4 they told me it’s similar while the trunk size is much more compact and car quality very low , they offered me what I want but I have to pay extra , so I will leave very bad review on both your website and SIXT Madrid

This has been the worst rental car service and support I have experienced to date. Initially, everything went smoothly, and the car was delivered punctually and in good condition. However, the day after receiving the car, I reached out to the renter about parking system in Tbilisi, but I never received a response, even though they had read the message 30 minutes later. On the final day, I returned the car to the designated parking area at the pre-arranged time of 4:30 am, as our flight was at 7 am and we needed to check in at the airport. We couldn't afford to miss our flight due to the renter's actions. There was a specific time set for our meeting, yet when I called at 5:10 am after making six attempts, he was still asleep. By 6 am, he had not yet arrived. (He had previously informed me at 5:20 am that he was just 10 minutes away). This behavior reflects poorly on the company and is highly irresponsible.

We picked up the car, a jeep, from the airport. The service was very smooth, with someone waiting for us at the gate. The cat was parked nearby and in good quality. We received relevant information about driving in Georgia and were on our way swiftly. After five days of driving with no issues at all, we dropped off again at the airport. Great service, would certainly recommend and use again upon my next visit to Georgia.

Levan was at the Airport early to meet us. He went through the car details explaining everything we needed to know. He even recommended some places to visit. He was always available on call when we needed Help / Advice with Tiblisi Parking him, excellent customer service.
