Scammers
I thought it was too good to be true at £397 for a flight to Jamaica and I saw nothing about luggage so thought ok when I get the tickets I will go to Virgin and pay £65 for a 23kg case. I then decided to look at reviews later and it is all a scam so I read up on what they say about themselves and the English is poor , also the website gives a Scottish address which I found strange and I am a Scot why would you be operating a business with a London number but a business address in Edinburgh so I checked the address and there are 20 companies operating from there , obviously it is for correspondence only so this was a red flag to me so I tried to contact them by email but it would not allow me to submit it so I phoned my bank and was told because the transaction was pending I needed to wait until the funds have cleared , the agent suggested I call them which I did. They are based in India using a London number which then reroutes calls through to them. An Indian man answered and I explained I wanted my money refunded as there were no meals and no luggage with the ticket he said no it was just a seat and I told him the company should make this clear and he said it was on the site and I said it was not and he replied did I really want to pay over £740 for a ticket and I said I would have to to have luggage and meals included. Apparently another reviewer said they phone you up later then try to sell you the meals and luggage which is another £300 plus . When I looked on the site this morning ticket was £740 which quickly went back to £397. I also pointed out to him that using a correspondence address in Edinburgh is fishy to say the least and he didn't think there was anything wrong with that nor the constantly changing flight prices from low to high then back to low again.Avoid this company they are scam merchants.
