Cheap Kilt Avis 5

I ordered a kilt from Cheap Kilts last year. Same result others have had - order confirmed, PayPal was charged and that's the last I heard from Cheap Kilts despite numerous voice mails, e-mails and direct contact on their website. I had made a profile, etc for order tracking, but the order verification showed no order. Sent documentation to PayPal and they refunded everything!
After seeing the company still online and with some good reviews, I thought my experience was a mistake and tryed again a few months ago. Exact same order, exact same results, no kilt, no return contact, etc. Sent documentation to PayPal and they refunded again. Cheap Kilts gets a negative 10 stars and PayPal gets a positive 10 stars!

My review is actually a negative 3 and not a 1. One is the lowest selectable option. I placed an order August 26, 2022 and paid via PayPal. I received and retained the confirmation number and PayPal receipt showing payment. The Cheap Kit order receipt read that I would be notified when my order ships. Then on September 28, 2022, I started to get concerned that I wouldn't receive my Kilt in time. So, I emailed them at the email address listed on the confirmation receipt. NO ANSWER! Then on October 4, I decided to go to the website and try to contact them that way. I sent them another note through the website, this time asking for the same thing I asked by email the month before...an update...A simple update. NOTHING! After I sent that note, I tried looking up my order on their website, but since I didn't originally create an account, (because you don't have to in order to place an order), the site wouldn't allow me to find my order. Then, I created an account, just to try to search my orders by number. Site said "no orders placed" which I know not to be true, because I still have the order number and the PayPal receipt. I think now, that I and others on the 1 and 2 star reviews that I've read have been scammed out of our money. I am now exploring my options to recover my money through the legal system, or through PayPal and unless I hear an update from Cheap Kilts soon, I'll go that route. That's not what I want to do though, I just want a stinking update on my order. I also think the one 5 star review on here is a fake review. There's too many 1 and 2 star reviews detailing the same issue that I am having, which is the lack of any communication from this company. It's not that hard to update the status of an order regardless of the situation! If I receive communication from Cheap Kilts, I'll update this review. No update = No communication from them.

I ordered, paid, and received my product from this company.

1 year later, this company charges my credit card, places an order, and mails a product to another country, without any of my knowledge. I knew nothing about this until I received a shipping confirmation from DHL that it was picked up.
Charges were applied to my credit card and I have made numerous attempts to contact the Customer Service Department.
My attempts to correct this matter, continue to go Ignored and Unanswered.
This is an unacceptable way to run any business!!!

Ordered and paid for my Kilt two weeks ago. I received an acknowledgement of my order and was told I would receive an update when it was shipped. I have never received a notice of shipping . I contacted the sales mail address 6 days ago requesting an update on my order status and have heard nothing yet. I cannot comment on the quality of the item as I have not received anything yet but the communication is non existent and that is not good customer service.

This company is AWESOME! Ordered and received easily and quickly. When I received my kilt, it was very high quality made and exactly what I wanted. Cheap Kilt are easy to work with! They care about their product, services, and delivery very much. The person I chatted with online was WONDERFUL to deal with and VERY helpful. I highly recommend Cheap Kilt! *****5 STARS*****
