Stay Away from these Scammers!
I got scammed by them. I needed a WordPress plugin to check the plagiarism of the content. They do not provide any free trial for the WordPress plugin. So I purchased some credits after seeing a money-back guarantee message on their purchase page, which is "Money Back Guarantee - We are confident of our services and provide no hassle 100% money back Guarantee", which is totally false.
The WordPress plugin wasn't working on my site. I was getting no response from the plugins for the articles with 200+ words. Also, their "Check All Post" button not working at all. So I contacted them via their website's live chat. I provided full details about my issue and also included a video recording of my problem. They ensured me that they will solve the issue soon and will let me know. But we didn't get any response from them in seven days, the credits expired as well within that time.
The next time I emailed them about the issue and asked for a refund as the service wasn't working at all for me. But they made me surprised by telling me that they didn't receive my support request (which I did on their website's live chat) and they cannot provide any refund or any solution. Instead, they told me to purchase from them again and then they can take a look!
Their support is also very rude and they do not care about customers. If you do not want to lose your money on their so-called money-back guarantee, stay away from them. They will simply ignore your support request and once you ask for a refund (because nothing will work), they will tell you never contacted them!
