CCA have worked hard to secure us a good reduction in our rates of which we have received a refund for the overpayments, they have communicated well throughout the whole process being it through our online portal or by email and we look forward to continually working with them to secure future reductions. Check, Challenge Appeal were as good as their word. They carried out a thorough survey of our office building, which indicated that our business rates were too high. The local authorities did not agree and rejected their challenge, but they stuck to their guns and appealed a number of times until they finally won the day. This process took an incredibly long period of time to sort out but they persevered and achieved a significant reduction, backdated to April 2023, so I’m delighted and very happy to recommend them.

So far the team have managed to save us over £5k and they are still working on the appeal. Very Pleased.

They have completed numerous investigations amongst their team and assured me that their team were highly trained operatives who operate with strict professionalism. I have also had a telephone call from one of the Managers to resolve my concerns and I really appreciate their response to my issues.
