I recently went through the Check Challenge Appeal process on three properties and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome!
They have now completed the third case and I have received a reduction on all three properties with hefty refunds on all properties. This result far exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Successful Outcome - Would Highly Recommend
Well although it may have taken a little time, Mike and the Check Challenge Appeal team have come up trumps!! I have a hefty rebate and my rates are reduced going forward. Really couldn't be happier with the service and I now have a large amount of money to reinvest back into our business.

Refund from council within 1 month
Check challenge appeal carried out an inspection for us in January and in less than a month we received a credit from the council for £1229. We are expecting even bigger reductions this year

Amazing service and super helpful! We are so happy with the support we received. They managed to save us a whole £10,000 off our business rates. We were struggling and really needed this. Result !!!
As small business owners we get daily calls, generally from overseas call centres, from people claiming to be called 'Dave' not wanting to sell us anything and we hang up.
This time and this call came from a UK based company and, unusually, I listened and agreed to a visit.
A little chap arrived, had a quick chat and look around. I signed an agreement and off he went.
Several weeks later I got confirmation of a refund and it's in the bank.
What else can I say, sometimes it's worth a listen.

Business rates review
Check Challenge Appeal said they would challenge the business rates, and they did. Quite successfully and we are due a refund on the overpayment they recognised for us. Very little for us to do as CCA took care of everything.
