Even during the trial period, when you attempt to use their service, they request $19 per check, which makes the system seem buggy. The best advice is that if you are not a business and only need a one-time check, make sure to delete your entire account immediately after use.

Signed up twice to buy $0.99…
Signed up twice to buy $0.99 promotional offer for a report, which they withdrew once and then start charging my card $19.99 and call it a subscription. A week later there's another charge for $19.99 is charged. I definitely didn't sign up for any ongoing subscription, so people, please be aware of this service.
