Very Basic details and not useful.
I bought the service from an offer $9.9. Very disappointed in the report I got. In their website they said I will get lots of information, but I only receive the same report that government PPSR gave for $2. Not worth the money. I already have the PPSR from Government, and expected to get more details than that. Instead received the same details and even the very same report. Very disappointed. You will not get any extra information than government PPSR give you. Because of that, just go to Government PPSR web site for $2 and do not waste your money CarHistory website.

Mentions about odometer history check, valuation etc, but you wont get any of those for $25.
The report they generate for $25, other websites does it for $7.

Fraud will be taking this company to consumer affairs making before complaint. I want them investigated They’ve been completely ignoring my emails after taking my money the website said I will get a full report all it said that the car was Victorian that was it.

Ripped off… the website confirmed the rego was Victorian, accepted payment but no report was provided because no records were found. I didn’t bother to read the T&C’s to understand whether this complies with their terms, but regardless this is a deceitful outcome built into the system.

Actual price was not as advertised. They couldn't find any details on the car (it was first registered in the 1960's) and rather than admit this, they accepted my full payment and then sent me a 'report' confirming they had no records. Attempted to contact them but completely ignored. Would not recommend these thieving scam artists to anyone and if 0 stars was an option, that's what they deserve. Steer clear, there are better and cheaper options for PPSR/car history reports.
