By comparison (working with Cheetah on tools for my own business) they are way more productive; far less talking and overhead time, just fast, efficient, quality work from a short brief with nothing but constructive queries. Working with Cheetah Transformation has by far been the best experience in my entire career. They are very responsive, always available and willing to work around my schedule due to time zone differences, and mostly, they truly are experts in their field. The lead developer, Youssef, took my very complex, often times vague requirements, and developed a solution that far exceeds my expectations. The solution provides insight into our business that was never thought possible and will absolutely provide a cost savings as we mature the system.

We did experience some technical issues deploying Control Center and Cheetah Transformation was more helpful and responsive in addressing and closing out the issue than SmartSheet Tier 3 support.
