Purchased an Air Fryer 3 months ago thru Amazon and it just stopped working. I reached out to product support on their website for help and never got a reply. I had to go buy another air fryer since I couldn't wait for them any longer. You lost a customer from me.

Disappointing Experience with Chefman Customer Support
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Chefman's customer support team. I reached out to them three times regarding my faulty air fryer, which stopped working after less than six months of use.
My first attempt to contact their support team was on February 26th, 2023, with Chefman case #00251840. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my query. I tried reaching out again on March 7th, 2023, with case #00254141. In addition, I have sent two emails to support. Despite being told that I should expect a response within 3-5 days, I have yet to receive any communication from their team.
As a loyal customer of Chefman, I was very disappointed with the level of service I received. I had always trusted their brand for quality products and timely support, but my recent experiences have left me feeling very let down. I needed assistance with my air fryer, but it seems like their support team was not willing to provide any help.
Overall, I would not recommend Chefman products to anyone looking for reliable customer support. If you're looking for a brand that values its customers and provides timely assistance, I suggest looking elsewhere. If your looking for a quality product that lasts longer than six months you will also want to look elsewhere.
