Avoid. They do not deserve your hard earned money.

Company does not actually accept returns - dishonest!
Company simply does not respond to return requests. This is dishonest behaviour and seems consistent with other published reviews. Be warned if dealing with this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROWD!!
Wish I’d read reviews before purchasing, faulty product but impossible to contact for resolution. E-mails bounce back and website contact ignored. Faulty item took forever to arrive too. BEWARE!!!

Ordered an item - never received it, never got refunded.
Ordered an item. It never got delivered. I emailed them after 1-month, got a reply from a "Samantha Smith" advising that there were delays and they would send me tracking info shortly. I gave it another 2-weeks and emailed again and the email now comes back with a "failure notice stating that the email account I have tried to reach does not exist. The same email I received a reply from.
I have tried numerous times to message them via their webpage with zero acknowledgement or a reply back -- and there is no phone number to reach them on.
At this stage, it safe to say that this a scam website. Don't bother buying anything here.
EDIT: I have now received a refund for my purchase on the 4th of August, 2025 -- about 4months after my order was placed. Still no communication, no apology, nothing, from this company....just a refund notification. I am happy I got my money back because I had already given up hope. So, maybe they are not a scam company, but they definitely have severe customer service failings. Do better Chefsolutionsco.

Bought a meat grinder. Found that the opening too shallow to fix it onto my kitchen bench top. Supposedly allow returns within 30 days. Emails to their Support bounce back.

I've ordered a 11 peice set of pots and the money was taken from my account imediately. I've tryed to get some tracking number and nothing comes up. Scammed taken my money and nothing back. I'm super discussed these people are still getting away with people hard earned money..

Didn’t supply the item I bought, but I got plenty of excuses instead. Had to open a PayPal dispute
Unfortunately I had a bad online experience- three weeks ago I purchased a meat thermometer for $79.95. I was assured that it would be shipped ASAP. Three weeks later and numerous requests for updates on the shipping progress were met with excuses and more excuses. Today I politely asked for a refund, which they ignored and proceeded with another excuse. Without other options, I had to open a PayPal dispute. Be wary of this seller, but if you do decide to buy from them keep your emails as evidence should you be required to take similar action to myself - regards John
