I bought 3 pairs of shoes after 5 weeks I received my shipment however I only received one pair. I emailed their customer support twice. I have not heard back from them! I notified the post office and they had no answer. Now I am trying to get my credit card refunded back! Great prices but you won’t get your merchandise!!

This needs a "less-than-zero" star to click on. Oh how I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE ordering. Terrible company. If they're "so sorry for my inconvenience", and "please have patients", refund my money, stop lying to customers and admit you are liars.

Very disappointed with this company. It has been 21 business days since I ordered and it still has not arrived. On the website it says items will arrive with 5-15 business days. When I contacted them they sent details showing they posted the items 3 weeks after I ordered them and are refusing to give a refund unless I pay for return postage (if they ever do arrive). Do not shop here!

My purchase from this company was a gift for Christmas which I ordered in November. The items arrived in January!!! I reached out to them many times asking if the items would arrive before Christmas and if they wouldn't then I would want to cancel the order. They kept saying the items were on the way and they didn't know if they would arrive by Christmas.

The site is misleading because they have an England address on there yet they ship from China. Had I known that, I would have never ordered in the first place.

When I finally received the items about a month late, I discovered the extremely poor quality of the clothing and shoes.

Ordered a pair of shoes from them. As described and pictured.I love the shoes. I am out-sparkling everyone around here. Just hope there are more new styles in the future.

I ordered two pairs of boots in OCTOBER of 2018!! I did not receive them when I was told I would. I have reached out a total of 4+ times, all in attempts of getting what I paid $50 for, of course, to no avail. It is now the end of February, and I STILL have not received my boots. I am convinced that this company is a FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER from them!!!

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with online shopping and will never do again! It has been almost 5 Months since my order and countless emails and still Have not received anything from them! It was quite a big order and the refuse to give any refunds, they just ask me for my “patience”. This is a scam!

It’s been 6 months since I purchased the products, and I’ve never received them. Not only they refuse to refund my money, but they are also asking me to track the purchase myself. Don’t ever buy from them! It’s a scam!

Shocking, appalling, scammers. All this company wants is your money. My daughter ordered a dress, it took weeks to get here then turned out to be a terrible copy made and shipped from China, nothing like the website version. Surprise, surprise they are not responding to our in depth email of complaint. How do these companies get away with it. Warn everyone you know to stay away.

Fraud!!! Do not buy from them! Never got my shoes and they refuse to refund me. Lesson learned! Never buy from China they will rip you off!!!

I received my items within 5-7 business days - that’s about as good as it’s going to get because the dresses I received are all too small despite ordering my size & are terrible. This is the 2nd time I’ve emailed them for a refund and no reply! Not happy at all I won’t be buying from them again!

I have purchased a few shoes in the past and I had enjoyed them but this time I was highly disappointed. I waited on my order almost 4 weeks for them to be the completely wrong item and they would not send me a label to ship them back for a refund and offered me $3 instead after I paid $40 and waited almost 4 weeks! The item was also extremely poor quality. I will never shop here again.

I returned these boots immediately. They're supposed to be leather, but they're definitely not - the material is thin and plasticky; it looks and feels very cheap.The interior lining looks nothing like it does in the photos. It's a completely different color and it's made from a material that feels like some kind of rough synthetic felt. The material wasn't even cut to fit the shoe. There was extra material sticking out in two places on the tongue of both boots, like it was cut and sewed by a child who can't color in the lines yet.

When I emailed them about returning the boots, they suggested that instead of paying an expensive return shipping fee, I should just give them as a gift or accept a partial refund. It was bizarre. And I still have to pay the return shipping fee, because even though the product I received was nothing like the product I ordered, I still "insist on returning them", in their words.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on 9/26 and despite saying shipping was “5-7 business days,” my boots didn’t arrive until December. They are of terrible quality and much too large for a size 6. I requested a return, as described on Chellysun’s website, and they literally told me it would just be easier to keep the boots I ordered and that they’d give me coupons for my next order instead. They are now not responding to my emails. Do NOT order from Chellysun.

This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of shoes back in November 18, here it is Jan 10th, 19 and I've still not received my package. They responded to my email and said my order was "stuck" in the post office and that it was on its way. That was weeks ago. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

After contacting Chellysun's Support Team for further information on the whereabouts of my order, I've felt inclined to leave a review warning others against their products! The complete dismissal and refusal to answer my questions has been SO frustrating. I see from further research that most of their reviews are extremely negative :(

Ordered some pull on sneakers. They came about a month later smelling like they had been spray painted. They were crap! The shoes looked so cheap! Don't waste your money!

i am posting my review on here because they delete bad reviews on their website. if you’re wanting your items to get home fast i wouldn’t suggest ordering off of this site. it took almost a month for 3 items to arrive to my house, which is unacceptable when you’re telling me that shipping takes 7-10 days. also, i ordered a cardigan that was pictured and said to be a salmon color (light orange/pink) when the package finally arrived i got a burnt orange color and it didn’t even look like the photo at all. while the cardigan was still cute i was upset that i paid $35 for a cardigan that didn’t even cover my arms all of the way and wasn’t the right color. i figured it would be a hassle to get my money back since they never responded to my emails asking about where my order was, so i kept the cardigan. the shoes i received however for true to size and were as pictured on the site, which is the only reason i am giving them 2 stars.
