We were so impressed with the customer service!! We live up in Scotland and knew exactly what travel system we were looking for, however we were struggling to get it anywhere. We seen that it was available on the Chelsea Baby website but for 'In Store Only'. We phoned and explained the situation, the staff could not have been more helpful! They made the product available online to purchase so that we were able to get it delivered rather than traveling 6 hours! It arrived the next again day which was lucky as our baby arrived 8 weeks early, a week later. Had Chelsea Baby not been as accommodating, we wouldn't have been prepared. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service, it wont be forgotten!

Received my delivery tried numerous times yesterday as the chair should have a toy bar free with the chair I purchased to see when this is arriving still no reply after email sent

It took a while to arrive and then I was sent the wrong item and it’s still not been resolved. We might have just had a fluke bad experience but I would not recommend

Me and my partner had a visit just to look at the different prams. We was welcomed by Dawn and Harry and they made us feel relaxed and comfortable while showing us all the different prams.
They really helped us with giving us all the information we needed and no question was silly to ask!

I ordered the Nuna URBN car seat. I was a bit skeptical at first because the deal seemed too good to be true. However, after reading reviews and noticing that there aren’t many available, I decided to go ahead and place the order. It took about 8 days for it to be dispatched, but it arrived the following day via DPD. Everything was as described and advertised. I am very happy with my order and the service provided.

I’ve ordered a whole nursery furniture set and the website stated delivery the following week. I chased up delivery and was then told that the cot is delayed until September- though the site didn’t say this. Delivery of the rest of the furniture came over a week later than the website suggested, so the site definitely needs an update.

The changing unit had damages to the top of it and after many chases, Chelsea Baby called me asking ME for the part number. Yet I’m the end user… finally got there and the replacement parts got delivered, although no comms for this from Chelsea Baby at all.

I have chased up the cot date to check it’s on track for September and still no response.

Overall, a challenging company to communicate with - lack of responses and updates. Also, website providing incorrect timelines for delivery

Small business but reliable, delivered with the 9 days. Good communication via telephone which is refreshing these days. Will order from them again

On ordering the pram it arrived the next day, the wrong colour came which was as genuine mistake. They organised for it to go back immediately and the new one sent out again next day delivery.
In total with this still arrived within 5 days. The customer service was fantastic and I would use them again!!

As a grandparent this is a fantastic lightweight buggy, easy to use, brilliant quality. Delighted with our purchase. Would shop again with this shop.

Had a great experience with Chelsea Baby. Very helpful and understanding when parcel was returned to them by the courier after we weren't in when they first tried to deliver it. Spoke with the ladies on the phone and they sent it straight back as soon as they received it.

Had a great experience from beginning to end! The women in shop helped my partner with all her questions on the pushchair then when I came to collect they were very helpful setting up the car seat for me and providing some guides for the car seat so it would be easy to fit and remove free of charge! Thanks guys we’ll be back next time I’m sure.
