Tried them for the first time and ordered 2 bouquets of Lillies. The size of the Lillies were very small (not mentioned on the website) and many of the petals and stems were damaged/broken.

When the issue was raised to their customer service team along with pictures, they indicated that there was nothing wrong with the flowers and that sizes vary from batch to batch (surprising as there was no varying in price) and that slight imperfections always exist.

Overall poor product quality and even worst customer service.

Have been ordering flowers quiet regularly from cherry blossoms..
One of the most beautiful n well selected bouquets.. the flowers are literally handpicked.. they last soo long n keep fresh with the most wonderful blossom as they get older in my vase.. even the friends love it..
Well timed deliveries and never have I been disappointed..
Thank u soo much for bringing the added Joy to our homes..

The best flowers at a reasonable price delivered on time

I love the wreath making but feel if you are new to the concept, the tutorial needs to be slower and more animated. It is a lovely afternoon but my friends who were new to the experience felt it lacked a bit of pizzazz.
