Blonde receptionist with nose ring refuses to serve a coffee all because a YouTube was filming a protest?

Would avoid at all costs free speech should be allowed and we need to stand up and respect each others opinions no matter what they are.

However this guy didn’t even have an opinion, he was just filming.

Absolutely vile behaviour. She was also smug in the video that she didn’t mind this going viral so I hope the business plummets into the ground.

Visited with my kids for current deal for lunch. I wanted to love it and show support but sorry the kids meal (beans, chips and fish fingers) was absolutely boiling hot and congealed from being boiled so much. My food was cold by the time I had managed to get theirs to a safe temp. My food was nice and the coffee was okay (it wasn’t anything sparkling). Staff were kind though.
I sadly won’t be visiting again as felt it wasn’t safe for the kids to eat.

Coffees not so great. Rude staff who just ignored me for about 10 minutes before I got to order. Won’t be coming back.

This place won't serve you unless you have the same beliefs as them so not everyone is welcomed here. They don't deserve people's time and money.

Lovely people, some noisy thugs came in while we were having a sip making a right fool of themselves, it was nice seeing the staff stand up for themselves.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The food and drinks were well below standard and did not meet even basic expectations in terms of quality or value. Unfortunately, the service was just as poor, and I felt completely unwelcome as a customer.

The owner's behavior came across as hostile, disrespectful, and dismissive, making the entire experience unpleasant. I left with the impression that customers are not valued or treated with the respect they deserve. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Brilliant service. Breakfast is 10/10. It comes hot, a great portion and tastes amazing. Really cool decor and vibe as-well. I’ve never not had a good breakfast here.

Horrendous bunch of people

Ignore all the right wing snowflakes clogging up the comments. This place is lovely, the staff are friendly and the food and drinks are both excellent. The delicate Britain First lot just can’t handle that they got told no. Bunch of absolute children. Hilarious 😂

How can a business like that even exist? Overtly political and racist expressions never bode well for a business trying to make a go of things; they ought to be ashamed of themselves and tone it down—fast. I’m afraid they’re going to cross the wrong people soon...

I had a very disappointing experience at this bar. The drinks were fine, but the service completely ruined the visit. The blonde staff member was unfriendly, rude, and seemed annoyed whenever customers asked a question. A welcoming attitude makes a big difference, and unfortunately that was missing here. I won't be coming back.

It says a lot when certain groups of highly questionable politics decide to target such a lovely little business because they got their feelings hurt by a decision the cafe were well within their legal right to make.
