I love this independent retailer - choice of brands are great - quality and selection is exceptional as is the on-line service they provide!! So pleased I found this gem of a clothes retailer!!

Don’t make this mistake..
Unfortunately, in my eagerness to purchase, I thought I had logged in to my account, but I hadn’t!
I lost my loyalty points for this purchase (100 points = £1) and I was told via email (customer care) they couldn’t be added to my verified account retrospectively or manually (with the same address and bank details) as it was a ‘guest’ purchase. So I’ve lost out. Please don’t make the same mistake as I have done.

Hi Kay,
Apologies for the confusion with the points system, unfortunately as it was a guest account no points were accrued and the system wouldn't allow us to transfer points to other accounts. This is out of our control as the app has not been created by ourselves, so we will raise this as a suggestion with the developers.
We haven't experienced this issue before but we'll be sure to look out for it in the future 😊
Thank you for the feedback

Magic Sparkle Dust..
In all the years I've been a customer of Dawns in person and online ive never had anything other than an amazing time spending money! Not sure what magic sparkle dust she spreads around the store and with all of her girls but I think she could have an awesome second career as retail experience coach and mentor advises all the other shops I go to that don't make spending money such fun!
