Fantastic service
Fantastic service, even when they did not have the correct items in stock they went over and above to find a suitable replacement. My dogs love their chews, I would highly recommend.

Best subscription box by far, but little customer service…
Great products and definitely the best subscription box option on the market, but customer service is lacking. We’ve been a subscriber for months now and one of our preferences is that the box comes with no bone, but recently they’ve been arriving with treats that contain bone. I ignored the first time in case it was a one time mistake, the second time I sent them a really polite message via their website just to ask if we can make sure it doesn’t happen again moving forward. Not complaining, not asking for a refund, just letting them know that my box preferences have slipped more than once. I had absolutely no response: I wasn’t irritated by the mistakes until the poor service - now I’ve got a load of treats my dog can’t eat and I’m considering cancelling because I’ve been ignored!

Great natural chews

Our second purchase - ideal.
Ordering our latest Chewbox was quick and easy. We tweaked our purchase slightly to suit our dog's requirements better, basing it on a medium rather than large dog. The parcel was delivered quickly and the contents are ideal. We know Bracken will enjoy everything!

products are good just not sure our dog…
products are good just not sure our dog isn't allergic to some of the protein. I also have to watch he doesn't swallow large pieces of ear/chew etc

My 13 week old Sprocker loves the chews. Some of them last her hours. Also love the personal service Chewbox offer. Cannot recommend highly enough for how fab they are ❤
