Was supposed to be a 100% wool coat but is polyester and not even lined very disappointed wish I had read all the reviews before ordering thought I was buying from a London company. Never again will I be conned by this company

One giant Chinese disaster. Lies, from the website—where is London and where is Beijing—through the lengthy delivery (reassured by the classic, ever-so-same formulas like: "We take great care of everything at every stage," with zero specific and reliable information.), to the complete disappointment with the delivered product (the size was significantly smaller, not even matching the size charts posted on the website, and the poor quality of the material), and finally, the cherry on the cake! If you want to return it, send it back at your own expense, okay, but where? Of course, not to London, but to China! Never again. I warn you.

I ordered a dress for my wife. Imagine my surprise when the dress arrived. It looked different than in the picture, i.e., different material and style—it looked like a floor rag. Of course, when I wanted to return the dress, a lady named Helena informed me that I had to send the dress back to China at my own expense. In fact, after checking the tracking number after ordering, the dress was shipped from China, so don't be fooled by the fact that the goods are coming from London. Apart from the fact that you buy one product, you receive another—they're simply scammers. But the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities this week.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never order without doing my research, on this occasion I did! The style of the dress in theory is lovely, if only they would use better quality material and finishing touches to designs. There website is very misleading. The dress looked stunning and elegant but when it arrived it came flimsy and see through, smaller side on sizing. I have asked for a refund over numerous emails. All I get is a % off refund offer. They are refusing to give refund address and think this company needs looking into. This has been going on a couple of weeks now.

it originally said it would take a week to come it ended up taking a whole month. They ignored my emails and when the dress came i didn’t even recognise what it was. Material was Cheap i’m extremely upset and disappointed. 40 pound in the bin!

Please do not buy from this company. I ordered a bandeau jumpsuit with a corset top. I was so disappointed when it arrived, I’ve got hankies with more structure. I would have to return the product to China at my own expense so in the end I settled for 25% of the purchase price back and threw the item in the bin. Lesson learnt - even though the website looked professional, do your research first.

I think these guys were formally Chiara Fashion... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Items are cheap polyster and spandex - not cotton and linen. Absolute rip off. Getting no response from them and looking at their website you must pay for return to China and then they still chagre you for the originally shipping costs.
