Hice un pedido y la verdad que fue todo fenomenal!!! Todo el tiempo me tuvieron informada sobre el proceso del envío mediante correo electrónico, el paquete llegó rapidísimo y muy pero muy bien embalado, la verdad que estoy muy contenta.

I've purchased from this site about 4 times and the shipping is faster than usual compared to other sites than ship from China. Everything is legit and packaged properly. My last purchase i had a 2-3 month delay; My package eventually arrived but im pretty sure there was issues in customs but without me even notifying them about my delayed package they re-sent my order again to make sure i got my items. I've never had this happen before with any shopping site before. Chicdecent was on point!

100% reliable and a superb experience! I am blown away by how great my experience with this company is. I will give a full and honest review covering what I think most people will find relevant in relation to costs, shipping, and timings. I’m UK based and recently came across clips on YT and TikTok for a Chinese makeup brand called ‘GIRLCULT’. Chic Decent offers the full range as well as a load of other C-Beauty brands. Prices are extremely reasonable because I guess it’s mainly catered to the Chinese market and because there is a lot of demand prices can stay low. I ordered four lip shades, a blush, some eyelashes, and an eyeshadow palette. For pretty much every single item I ordered, Chic Decent threw in a freebie. I didn’t think these would be much but wow. Open my package today (13th November) and not only did all my GIRLCULT stuff arrive beautifully and securely packaged, I ALSO got a concealer palette, two very high quality brushes, and a really sleek liquid eyeliner, AND they ALSO threw in an EXTRA GIRLCULT lip glaze for FREE! What a haul! Literally about the same amount of money in freebies that I spent. Like many I was apprehensive considering shipping was from China but I saw they work with DHL which is always a good sign to me as I know DHL are very reliable. I ordered on the 2 November. Received a confirmation email immediately. Items were then packed and dispatched two days later. Again, I got another email advising this as well as a DHL tracking number. DHL let you sign up for full tracking so I could see that it was shipped from China and then cleared customs in the US before heading for the UK. So if you get delays it’s customs in receiving countries not delays from the company itself. So all in all, my items took 11 days to arrive which I think is really superior considering I’ve ordered from the US before (Pat McGrath) and had to wait weeks with no communication or updates at all. Shipping was also free over £80. All in all, I give the quality of the products 10/10 (if you are olive or warm toned like me by the way you really want to invest in GIRLCULT as their lip colours are neutral/blue based so they really suit warmer skin tones). Quality of use of website 10/10. It’s all in English and very straightforward to use with no hidden costs and like I say, very well priced plus they are VERY generous on freebies. Quality of ordering and communication 10/10. They communicated constantly any time there were updates. Quality of packaging 10/10. Everything was securely wrapped in a plastic sleeve and then wrapped in bubble wrap in a little box. Quality of shipping 10/10. I would say if you’re nervous or unsure don’t be - Chic Decent is 100% reliable, offers an impeccable customer experience, and I cannot wait to use them again for more beautiful high quality C-beauty brands. I would like to warn future buyers .
The foundation I brought was not the normal size jar but more like a sample jar
I got charged the same price that I normally buy the large jar for. I tried to contact the company but they chose not to reply
BAD EXPERIENCE

My Girlcult lip glaze broke in the bag and ruined it after 2 usages a few months after I ordered it. I sent them a picture and a video that proved it wasn't my fault, and they said they want to check if they can help after a few months (so much time!!!) and ghosted me since. Bad service

I would definitely buy from them again. I couldn’t access C-beauty on Yesstyle in America, so I looked for alternatives. I compared sites and I think Chic Decent has the best prices and cheapest shipping. I would recommend them for that alone, but I bought 2 items and they gave me a full sized GoGoTales Lip product (that normally costs $11) as a freeby!! From placing the order to receiving the order in Chicago, it took 15 days (10-11 business days).

I ordered my products over 3 weeks ago with express shipping. They only just have sent my order. I wanted them for last week.
Online support is very condescending and unhelpful. I won't order from here again.

Absolutely zero complaints, all of my orders have been shipped within hours of placing them and arrived in 2-3 weeks. I didn't have to do anything regarding customs myself even though I live in the EU.

Took about two weeks to come, I could track every step of the delivery process and when the delivery arrived it was carefully packaged. Great make up and I got a freebie and stickers. Will defo buy again.

Have bought from here a couple of times! Well-priced, and shipping times are pretty good. And they always throw in a few little extras, like last time I got 2 little eyeshadow palettes. They were actually good too, like I gave the two gifted eyeshadows to a friend because I have too much eyeshadow, and she's really enjoying them!

I love this website!! I've done 5 orders now and they all arrived perfect in the cutest packaging! I live in the UK so I don't have problems with customs but if you live in the EU, there's an option to pay the customs prior so you don't get hit with the added fees the courier puts on. Shipping updates the entire way - 100% recommend <3
