I just wanted the Irish green shirt
I just wanted the Irish green shirt. I bought it for my wife for our anniversary, she loves that color. It was very high contrast and easy for me to read with the black print on bright Irish green material. I received it and it was forest green. It was nearly impossible to read the black print on a dark shirt, and my wife won’t wear that shade of green. I filed a claim, and was very pleased to see that they realized their mistake and they were reprinting It for me. It was going to be late for our anniversary but she would wait for the color that she specifically picked as it’s her favorite. I received the reprint and much to my dismay, the shirt was forest green again! I filed a second claim and when it was “carefully reviewed” I simply got a link to the original purchase. After I contacted the live chat representative and requested some clarification and the Irish green shirt that I ordered, I was told that a refund had been issued and the chat was ended by them. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the Irish green shirt that my wife loved and I bought for her for our anniversary. The least they could have done is told me that they don’t have Irish green, or any explanation at all for that matter. I think they don’t have it or they made the same mistake twice but it wasn’t my wife’s fault.
