I ordered a xmas jumper for xmas day in November, i did not receive this item. I have sent 4 emails to ask for a refund but have had no reply- DO NOT ORDER from this site.

I ordered over £100 worth of goods (5 items). I received 3 and the quality was so bad I emailed them to ask for a refund and not to dispatch the other two items. I received an email back saying they had already been dispatched. When I eventually received the other two items I spent £16 returning all 5 items back to them, China based. After numerous emails which got me nowhere and the items being returned to sender I never received my money back and had to cut my losses. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade or advertise on Facebook which is where I originally saw them. Please do not use.

I would give minus a hundred if I could.. please Do Not order anything off these companies, you will not get what you ordered and you will never get a refund. I wish I had read the reviews, before purchasing the very, very poor quality items I recieved off them . Complete Scam. I do not know how are they allowed to continue to do this to people and get away with it. Its theft.

this same company (Auroragoods) also does business as voguend.com a scam "bait and switch" merchant just like chicnora only for men. same china sweatshop knock offs that look nothing like the online catalogue items and then they make it impossible to return the item. I had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company. Save all your emails and correspondence. You will need it to get reimbursed by your bank, if you're lucky.

Really bad company. I received one of the items 3 months after I placed my order. The item they sent was a horrible quality that I never ware. They told me that I need to ship back to China if I want to return that I just should keep it and I did (total waste). I never received another item, so I requested a credit. I still haven't received credit after 6 months even I sent many emails to them. JUST DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAM.

TERRIBLE customer service, I returned someone items 2 months ago, spoke with 5 different people about my refund and they said they don't have my return when I have the information of delivery.

They use so many names, and manage to get away with it, all the while duping people out of their cash for some bit of tat. Either that or you get nothing. Steer clear of any sites like this advertising on Facebook especially and report them any chance you get.

I saw some instagram post on this brand and I loved it, however, when I received it it was awful. Nothing like the photo. TOTAL CON!! DO NO BUY FROM THEM!

Shame on you . Stuff you send to me does not match the look and not the quality , to the one I orderd , and well paid.Stop lying to people and taking money for goods that worth nothing.

Garments are poorly made and the quality of fabric used is very poor. I ordered several items over 6 months ago and when they finally arrived, the items were poorly made (one garment was missing a sleeve), and they looked nothing like the photos (fabric was a cheap polyester material).

After continually emailing their ‘customer resolution centre’ since February, 2019 I am still waiting for the refund to be processed and the funds to be received.

I order 1 dress , supposed to be cotton but it was an awful polyester , moreover faded. They never done the refund, it over 4 months already. Do not buy, they look pretty but material is garbage. They are thieves.

They are thieves, I order 5 beautiful dresses but came terrible stuffs. Quality is zero, and it didn't look like picture. I try to back and pay shipment 50 $ but they back me dresses again. Do not buy with them.

The products are made of material that is garbage, cheap, and poorly made, The photos look pretty, but these garments are not worth even 1/2 the low prices they charge. Item has return but refund never done, it over 3 months already. They even threatened me cancelling the refund when I made a complain. They advertise heavily on Instagram and Facebook to get customers and then rip them off!!

Do not use this website. I have never received my order - they just say what you ordered sold out and is being made. Over two months now and I have received nothing - A COMPLETE SCAM!

I Bought a dress that did not look anything like the dress on the model. I should have been suspicious when they do not list the type of material. It was an awful polyester. The picture makes it look like cotton. These Chinese companies on Facebook make dresses or apparel look beautiful on the models when they are really cheap polyester. Beware!

This business is also known as Just Fashion Now. Go to their Trustpilot reviews and read all of the real reviews (the negative ones). This is a Chinese scam and they will steal your money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS AS EVERYTHING IS CHEAP CHINESE TRASH 💩💩💩💩💩 that looks NOTHING like the photos - the clothes all look like they were made by children. They will never refund the money to you because they give you a non existent address in China (usually Ghangzhou) so they can say they never received the goods back and therefore you can not get a refund.

item received one month late (even though I paid express shipping). material and cut not at all like what it's supposed to be.
