Chic Soul Avis 

I have ordered from Chic Soul for the past 2 years and I love them! Their return policy is for a gift card code and that is okay with me because I can always find something else I love! My last package was a bit late which is unusual for them. But the delay was caused by USPS and COVID. They are based in the USA.

I was super excited to try out the clothes! The pictures and the variety looked amazing. I received my items after purchasing online (boo - covid) as there are no stores to even try on these things and found that the fit/style was not right. I emailed to look to return the items, but only just learned that unless you paid full price (i.e. no sale or discount code used) you cannot return or exchange the item, even if unworn, tags on, etc. And even if you did pay full price, you can only get a gift card, you can't return or exchange, ever.

Also when I tried to post this on their website, it blocked me from posting.... that's why it only has reviews that praise the company. That is just bad business.

DEFINITELY NOT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY/SITE EVER AGAIN.

These clothes are hit or miss. Their return policy is absolutely awful. I have written a few negative reviews on their site about fit or style and they haven't published any of them! They did publish a positive review I submitted. I'm just infuriated by their business practices.

I’ve ordered from Chic Soul multiple times. The quality of the clothing is great and it shoes very fast. They’re based in Georgia. Return policy was weird when I had to return a pair of leggings( they prefer you notify them first which doesn’t make sense seeing they give you instructions) but still processed my return. Clothes can be pricey but I’ve bought so many dresses, jeans and tops from there and have been pleased with all of it. Wish they have more XL sizes though.

SCAM company from China. Looks so American on FB but definitely from China which means the sizes are way wrong. Then, if you try and return, you are told it was "on sale" and all sale items are final. Then, if you argue enough, they give you a store credit. no thanks. Their FB page is full of fake reviews all saying the same thing. SCAM

Ordered 3 items from this store. Took FOREVER to receive the items. Didn't realize the RETURN policy was STORE CREDIT ONLY. Bull sh(**. I basically spent over $100 and now I have to constantly look and try to find something that isn't HORRIBLY QUALITY to use that hard earned money. Inexcusable AND I had to PAY TO RETURN IT.

I recently ordered three pieces from here . One swimming suit and two outfits . I wore the suit a handful of times and washed once hung to dry and the netting started to rather. I emailed them asking how it could be helped and they told me since it wasnt returned in the first 3 days and was worn and washed they couldnt do anything but could have 15% off my next order . I will not be purchasing anything from them again !!!!

Cheap material. Clothes smell funny.
Terrible customer service and return policy.
Take your money elsewhere!!!
