CHIPnWIN CASINO is the shadiest platform I’ve ever been involved with. This platform is ran by a bunch of LIARS stealing your money. Please everyone don’t be fooled by their kindness because it’s a setup. Here’s an example of how they operate: I’m a resident of Louisiana and the whole month of November I sent in messages about all the malfunctions I was having with games freezing, games logging me out during bonus rounds, platform freezing after making a deposit causing me to log back in etc., of course it was always my unstable connection.. I requested closing my account the middle of November and of course they offered me a bonus to try again. I started questioning if all the money I kept losing with all the technical problems had anything to do with Louisiana being a restricted state and the managers always reassured me La wasn’t restricted and perfectly legal. The end of November I closed my account and a couple days later I get an email about Louisiana being restricted on their platform. No surprise so I message them questioning why after all the time I asked I wasn’t told La would become restricted and the reply I got was that it was posted on the platform the whole month of November that Louisiana residents would be restricted as of December 1st. That’s a complete lie!!!! If it was then (1) I wouldn’t have spent so much money trying to win at a casino I’d be restricted from (2) Managers could have referred me to what was posted about my state (3) It wasn’t posted to my account. (4) I wouldn’t have accepted their bonus the middle of November to waste more of my time
Common Sense is, I wouldn’t have kept questioning the legality of operations in Louisiana if everyday that I was on the platform the month of November it was posted.
If a casino could do this then common sense is that they crooks and could scam anyone with rigged games to lose so beware dealing with these crooks. They’ve been reported by me to every Local and Federal authority and will get what they deserve. One last thing no platform has ever denied me of a transaction history report with all transactions made on my account but them. I’m told to check my bank statements and that would be most accurate… what a joke when I have nothing to compare it to so as far as I’m concerned all the deposits made on my account are questionable. The best thing these crooks could do is refund my money but instead they’d rather think they above the law in states they operating and stealing from.

The games are fun. The withdrawal is easy. Verification is simple. Bonuses are great. Reps are HORRIBLE for the most part. VERY few actually want to help. You have to request for a bonus through chat. They explain “active players are frequently rewarded”. How much more active can you get than a deposit everyday sometimes up in the hundreds - thousands of dollars a week? You get the right rep, boom, easy, bonus. A good one too. Like I said, good site. But you ask one rep too much or too often and all the sudden they’re cutting your bonuses in half and telling you “no bonus” without even checking the system and I asked four times for a supervisor only to be told I “have to explain myself to the rep first to decide if it’s worthy of a supervisor”. I’m going to play out my bonuses and close my account and the reps here can make this really good site go under just like they intend.

Well if you actually win a decent amount I won 2000 and the process of trying to redeem it has been nothing short of horrible! Talk about tearing the excitement and joy of winning right out of my mouth. Long story short if you win you can only redeem up to 500 a day every 24 hours otherwise you get " extra financial checks" and your redemption get delayed for an unknown amount of time!!!
Update: so the games actually win. the redemption process can take sometime 24 hours- 5 days. The "vip" thing i think is mostly for show In my opinion I got up to platinum 3 and never seen any perks. The customer support can be very vague and makes you feel uneasy about things sometimes tho I have seen improvement. But for most part they are consistent whether I like the answer or feel like any customer would. They are polite tho. And if you ask the personal manager for a bonus after u spent money and lost they give great bonuses like 40 free spins at a dollar bet which is the best I have seen yet and I actually win on them a few times I came up 200$ on the free spins they provided. Mostly my issues is with the lack of clarity on why some redemptions take 3 days and others 24 hours and the fact being a higher vip has no rewards. But if u win they will pay eventually if you have the patience to wait it out and not put it back.

First off my three star is not a bad review. I have a issue redeeming and I was able to get in contact with a live (yes a human named Shawn) person. The issue is still being resolved so I can't give my final review (but I will) just yet. I just wanted to recommend a couple of things to new patrons of the site.
1. Don't attempt to cash out with Cash App
2.It is not instant redemption
3.You can add additional payments (credit, debit, bank account) by talking to chat.
4. They have some of the best customer service rep in the game.

I’m not a fan. I won $101 bucks I did the verification set everything up got my card saved by purchasing a $5 gold coin package. Two days later I got $45 because if you don’t buy a gold coin package, you’re only able to redeem $40 plus whatever you put in. And my remaining balance got “cleared“ because if it didn’t, apparently it would cause an issue with future redemptions. I don’t know any other sweepstake Casino that does this. I was a fan of the site not so much anymore. I think that’s complete bullshit.

What can I say Tom was awesome I honestly did not understand how chipnwin operated with converting and redeeming and stuff Tom helped me out was so quick and did not have me waiting, I think I had him waiting for me to respond which was wild to me because other sites will have you waiting for hours just to get a reply, Tom is the man I hope his boss reads this because he really knows his stuff!!!

Chip n Win is the real deal. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I sent a request for my first $100 redemption and got a response about 9 hours later that it was denied because the card i used to purchase welcome pack wasn't a debit card. So I had to make a purchase with my debit card and save it. I made a $5.00 purchase and won $200 on that. So in total I turned in a request for $300. That request was successfully processed and in my bank within 24 hours. Thank you Chip n Win
