I’ve had a really positive experience using Chip’n WIN! The platform is fun, user friendly, and has a great selection of games that keep things exciting. What I appreciate most is how straightforward and quick their redemption process is most of my cash outs were processed within about 24 hours, which is way faster than I expected.

TERRIBLE SOCIAL CASINO AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are a bunch of bullies and they are extremely unfair and deceptive!! RIGGED GAMES NON STOP CLITCHING

I can’t put into words how awful my experience has been! I’ve been discriminated against by a few customer service reps also bullied and the fact that if requested these specific reps to no longer correspond with me in any manner to simply seize all contact with me yet they continue to taunt me and they love it! WORST SOCIAL CASINO I HAVE EVER USED!

Read the fine print!! I looked at reviews when I fist stumbled across this site,and I thought with so many good reviews and being ranked at 4.5 stars, all those people can't be wrong. So I put my trust into Chip n Win and I registered on thier website. But now I realize, that none of those people that wrote those reviews redeemed SC on this site more than one time before the made those reviews. Otherwise they wouldn't have given this site such great feedback. So hopefully MY review, THIS review will prevent someone from the hell this company has dragged me and im sure other unsuspecting people thru!..
I THOUGHT Chip n Win was a honest safe SweepCoin site. UNTIL TODAY!. I've cashed out my winning $50 SC once before and successfully redeemed it in August of 2025. It was in the form of a gift card. It only took about a day and a half to recieve and I had no problems at all. Besides the fact that I had to make a purchase prior to redeeming if I wanted my winnings to be deposited to my debit card. Which I did...and I've been loyal to Chip n Win ever since. I referred 2 people to join this site. I've talked highly about them and I've visited the website almost everyday. BUT.. A couple days ago I won over $350.00 SC with the daily free SC I
claimed from logging in. I attempted to redeem it. First being told I had to make another purchase if I wanted it to be deposited to my debit card. Which I did. AFTER 2 DAYS of my redemption status never changing from "Pending" I decided to messaged my "personal manager "and see what was wrong. That's when I was told that I already redeemed the maximum free amount allowed back in August(the $50 gift card). And my account was put on a redemption restriction right after that redemption.(I WAS NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT THIS RESTRICTION, NOR DID MY ACCOUNT LIST ANY RESTRICTIONS OR CHANGE IN ANY WAY). My "personal manager" then told me that all SweepCoins won or accumulated from free SC on my account since the restriction was placed, is NON REDEEMABLE! And In order to have the restriction removed from my account and for me to be able to redeem SweepsCoins in the future I would have to FORFEIT ALL SC I won from free SC. So basically EVERY DAILY LOGIN BONUS I CLAIMED FROM THE LAST 5 MONTHS that resulted in SweepsCoins winnings would have to be REMOVED AND DEDUCTED from my account balance. They never mentioned the 2 purchases I made during those months. I was given the option to forfeit the SC and have the restriction lifted from my account or keep the SC and the restriction. But wouldn't that make it "play money" which is basically the same as gold coins, if I can never redeem what I win? So of course I chose to forgeit the SweepsCoins they claim were never really mine. Chip n Win got me to fall into thier trap with that first initial $50 gift card redemption, then they tricked me by letting me win SweepCoins and making me believe I could keep it. Only to stab me in the back with thier fine print when I least expected it and then they ripped all of it out of my hands, as they laughed at my defeat and told me that this is what i signed up for.. The only way to not end up in this same situation, is to make hefty purchases BEFORE you win, And DON'T CLAIM the FREE DAILY GIFT! ITS A FINE PRINT WEB OF DECEPTIVNESS AND DEFEAT.

So, I signed up for an account, got the new player bonus, made it up to 169 sc. Went to get verified to redeem, and I get an error. So I get with support, and they write me back a little later saying my account is suspended for one of these reasons, like duplicate account, nope only one, or my state doesn't allow gaming, nope I live in florida, or that there is suspicious activity. Huh? They just don't wanna pay.

Not impressed at all. I deposited $100, received no bonuses, and my biggest win was barely $3—and that’s being generous. Great way to attract new customers, lol.

I don't know why they have 4 stars. They were deceitful to me, I feel. I logged in daily. Claimed my daily bonus. Played through my SCs. And when I had enough to redeem, they banned my account. And the reason was suspicious activity. I can confidently say, there is nothing illegal about logging in, claiming and playing. They only thing I did not do, was invest any of my personal money. And to add to my distaste of this casino, they will not stop sending me marketing emails! I have unsubscribed. Emailed them. I have done everything on my end, do get them to stop. And they will not. They keep coming. So, I am hoping they see this and address the stupid issue!!

As stated above, I have reached out. That is why I am leaving this review. You banned my account for your own selfish reasons. The only thing your terms tell me is that you can suspend an account at any time for whatever reason. If you want to build a reputation of picking and choosing random accounts to ban, that's on you. But don't get on here and leave messages like you are actually trying to resolve things because that is far from what you are doing. Your support has done nothing to investigate, explain and/or reopen my account. And the marketing emails still keep coming even when I reached out to support. Your support team does nothing. Instead of leaving messages like this, do something about it! Period.

I'm telling you ChipNWin is a scam casino site. They do not pay their users. You click redeem and they decline the redemption. It's a pathetic scam casino site. Do not even visit their site.

Immediately after I was able to redeem my winnings to my account the site decided to break. I did not have any win of any significance, and the 1 time I spun into a bonus, the bonus literally didnt win anything. I find all of that hard to believe and suspicious of tampering with the game play which is highly illegal. I am having my account deleted because of this. Completely ridiculous and infuriating.

I cannot stress enough do NOT waste your time! The employees are the literal worst that I have probably ever experienced with a social casino and that says a lot.
Customer service bullies and treat certain customers unfairly and differently than everybody else and yes, I have asked a large group of people with an account here the same set of questions to get an idea on if it is just me or if it is happening to others and so far it is just me.

A couple weeks ago I was chatting with a supposed supervisor and I just close with him that I am autistic and directly after he began treating me like dirt and then I of course return the favor in which he asked me to stop talking in the manner that I was or he would have to suspend my account for a week and I said okay I will stop and I absolutely did THEN SEVERAL MINUTES LATER HE LOCK MY ACCOUNT FOR A WEEK, DESPITE HAVING DONE NOTHING AFTER HE GAVE ME MY FIRST & ONLY WARNING.

They RARELY give me bonuses anymore and if they do, they are half the amount of spins and half the amount of SC or less when before they were always always always 25 spins and one dollar per spin sometimes 40 cents. They gave me bonuses at least every other day now they refuse to give them to me and I make payments regularly and I apply often so nothing changes is except for increased so they have nothing but decreased and treat me like dirt, I have tried until I am blue in the face to get them to help me understand why they suddenly out of nowhere began treating me like this, straight up bullies! I can go on and on and on I will add to this later this evening
