This is an excellent "marketing fishing pole". It is strictly passive. I don,t have to do anything to get results. The ROI has been very good.

Gets quality calls into my office
Most of my Internet patients are through chiroappointment. The system is great. Representatives are always very helpful and prompt to respond. Definitely recommend it.

Great way to get extra patients
I have used Chiroappointment now for a few years. I am happy to say it is another avenue to have patients find your office. When I do dispute charges that are not correct, they do give refunds. I am happy with their service.

Great staff to work with
I found that if I have any problem with the site or want to edit something, I'm supported quickly and given great instructions to correct or add whatever was needed to do.
However, we've maybe received one patient from the site and not really sure it was the only connection he had getting to me. It was also a referral from another patient.
The service is great though - which is greatly appreciated.

Excellent program with just a few flaws. It has worked very well for us!
I appreciate the good leads that contact our office through Chiroappointment.com. My only complaint is the Manual Review process for refund requests or disputes. They pigeon hole your choices as the only possible reasons a caller might be ineligible for payment to:
Calls where the consumer does not talk
Missed calls
Wrong numbers
Telemarketers
Job seekers
Fax machines
They have forced me to pay for someone looking for an antler velvet (aphrodisiac) supplement? Crazy, but true! Other valid reasons for disputes have been likewise rejected, which I thought was unreasonable. All in all, I am mostly satisfied, just frustrated at the lack of reason at times.

My overall thoughts are that this company does produce for you and it is worth the time and investment. They are willing to make adjustments when you review the calls with them and this has made me also a satisfied customer.

Their is virtually no work required and I get a few new patients each month.
