Don’t give up!

My husband has suffered with pain in the knee for years and when he went to his doctor they said he had bone on bone,, he would need surgery.
Well that’s all he needed to hear and he started to look for something to heal his knee because he was dead against surgery and that’s when he saw CHIROTECH,
I never thought it would work but after a few weeks he started feeling better so he’s been using it every day and the change in him was unbelievable.
He’s still using ChiroTech I’m so grateful to you

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought this product with a promise of a 90 day return guarantee if it didn’t work, sadly the product did not help me. So naturally I reached out to inquire about a return and refund. I was told they would get back to me in 24-48 hours but it’s been over a week and I’ve followed up twice with no reply at all. The lack of response and terrible (and nonexistent) customer service makes me feel this company is being dishonest with their advertised policies. If you want to make this right CHIROTECH, get back to me and help me process my return/refund as promised.

Short-lived relief

I purchased my Chirotech device and used it for four months. It not only helped my knee, but worked effectively on shoulder pain also. But it stopped charging after four months and the battery is not replaceable. Of course, the 90 day warranty had run out. The support team was unable to help me. Know that relief is short-lived!

What a scam this company is

What a scam this company is. They’re located in Hong Kong. The cheap Chinese made piece of crap thing that they sell just vibrates and heats up. It is not returnable. $150 for absolutely nothing. Smart Alec “Customer Service“. These people should not be in business in the United States. They also Have several other names for their company and their product. Do not buy unless you want to totally waste $150 for absolutely nothing.

Only AI customer support

After multiple emails to their awful artificial intelligence customer support, I finally got an address so I could return the merchandise. Then they wouldn't give me a full refund. Said product had scratches. I took pictures first. No scratches. This company will not honor their return policy unless you push hard. I've had multiple bad experiences with them. All responses to support are from artificial intelligence.

Wow!!! Immediately felt different!

My mom and I both tried them on for the first time and could not believe immediately felt our knees had less pain and easier walking directly after using it the first time it’s actually amazing. We’re going to keep trying it and see what happens.

Watch Out

Make sure you really want to spend $160 on this because they don’t want to refund your money no matter what! You can buy exact same product elsewhere for about $30. There is no warning when it’s going to die, I only get about 3 uses then it’s dead. Takes 5-8+ hours to charge, one of the buttons doesn’t work properly, while charging it gets really hot! They don’t want to fix the problem or refund my money! And the biggest issue is that I haven’t noticed any help with my knees from this device. No phone number and not responding to emails. Horrible company.

I ordered a pair of units. One does not hold a charge for more than one session and it is not adjustable.how do I return it for a replacement?

Not even a 1 year warranty

Not even a 1 year warranty. But the reps only via email could not get their story straight. They told me I had 3 months to return it then 7 days. I do not know how well it works yet cause have only had it a week. Other companies make the device I would suggest them to any user.

No integrity whatsoever!

Company that does not honor their guarantee as advertised. I was looking forward to receiving the two units I ordered, but they are both defective. They won’t charge and won’t power up. The company asked me to try a different charger and cord. I did - same results. They offered to refund 30% and I keep the defective devices. I said no and asked for a full refund as per guarantee. So, then they offered a 40% refund. I again said no and asked for the full refund as per guarantee. They came back at me with a 50% refund and I keep devices. I again asked for full refund as per guarantee and said if I don’t receive it in 3 days, I will file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back through a chargeback. Who on earth would want to keep defective items and get a 50% refund??? Next, was a 60% refund. What a deal - NOT!
They do NOT honor their guarantee of refund the same day with no hassles.
It wasn’t until a filed a dispute with my credit card company that they finally refunded my money!

If you want a refund, you’re going to have to fight for it!

Knee Fixer Review

KNEE FIXER REVIEW
Recieved the two knee fixers i ordered and was looking forward to getting rid of my knee pain. I really don't want to do surgery, since my pain is getting so great I decided to give this product a try.
April 26th I started using them, one on each knee.
Since I couldn't find any directions, I started with twice a day, they shut off after 7 minutes so I did three cycles twice a day.
This seems to make my knees hurt more so switched to once a day for two cycles.
So far, 5/19 I have not noticed any changes in my pain.
Would like to know if am using them correctly?
I am giving them to the end of May before I return them.

One size does not fit all

I received the device and couldn’t wait to try it out, hopefully getting some relief. Problem is I am a person that carries extra weight and the device can’t secure properly. It would be nice if perhaps you offered some additional straps being it’s Velcro, that could be added to get the most out of the therapeutic benefits. Either that or offer a different size. At this point I have had my device 5 days and don’t know that I even want to keep it because I can’t successfully accomplish the first step to fasten the device around my knee.

Dissatisfied

I bought two, and they did not help my knees. I reached out for a refund and I have gotten no response. I do not recommend unless you have money to blow.
Update 8/27. Recently heard from ChiroTech will update once resolved.

No refunds are given

They advertise a 90 day refund and offer no way to return the Kneefix if you are not happy with it! It does nothing for my knees and I want to return it but they won't offer a return. This is a scam
